(}/i t LlL ^ ALL TIIAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in LcJwer Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument located on the southern right-of-way of Simpson Ferry Road (SR-20l4) and the dividing line between Lot 1/12 and Lot 1/11 on the hereinafter mentioned plans of lots of record; thence South 11 degrees 17 minutes lO seconds East a distance of 203,87 feet to a point, a proposed concrete monument; thence South 78 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 209,04 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 18 feet and a length of 14.41 feet to a point; thence North 1l degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of l85,82 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the right witll a radius of l8 feet and a length of 14,40 feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line for Simpson Ferry Road (SR-20l4); thence continuing along the southern rigllt-of-way line for Simpson Ferry Road, North 78 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 208.60 feet (recited on the hereinafter recorded plan as 226,55) feet) to a point, a proposed concrete monument, the place of BEGINNING, BEING Lot jt12 of Preliminary/Final Minor Subdivision Plan for The United Methodist 1I0me for Children and Family Services, Inc. recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on October 2, 1996 in Plan Book 73, page 41, except as corrected herein. Said tract of land contains approximately 1,06 acres, more or less, Said Lot 11, refered to herein above, was subdivided on a plan recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office on March 7, 1997 in Plan Book 74, page 4l. BEING PART of the same premises which George S. Rupp and Gertie E, Rupp, his wife, by their deed dated April l2, 1921 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book II, Volume 9, page 189, granted and conveyed to The Methodist 1I0me for Children, now The United Methodist lIome for Children and Family Services, Inc.
