The name of the Claimant is SEALOVER CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. (hereinafter "Claimant"), a corporation registered and doing business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal place of business located at 5010 Ritter Road, Suite 107, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 2. The name of the Owner or Reputed Owner is TAMARA L. TYSON, an adult individual with a residence located at 1239 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 3. This claim relates to labor and materials provided by Claimant upon the premises known as 1239 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, more particularly described on the Deed, recorded in Cumberland County Book 120, Page 380. A true and correct copy of the Deed describing the subject property is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A, 4. The Claimant contracted directly with the Owner or Reputed Owner on or about July 13, 1996, to provide labor and materials to complete the modifications of the building on the property described herein. 5.
