LAST WILL AND TEST&~ENT
I, ESTHER C. PETERS, widow, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of Bound mind,
memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revokinr. and making void all former
wills, codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to make the arranBements
for my burial and to do so in a manner in accordance with the written
instructions delivered by me to my said executor.

I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as prac-
ticable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of my
last illness and burial.

I give and bequeath such items of my household goods and fur-
niture as my brother-in-law and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde E. Peters,
and my cousin, Mabel Robinson, may choose, unto each of them at the
appraised value thereof.

I give and bequeath unto my cousin, Mrs, Mabel Robinson, the
sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars.
5.
I give and bequeath unto my second cousin, Dale J. Leppard, the
sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars.
6.
I give and bequeath unto my friend and handyman, Clarence F. Speck,
of Brandy Lane Trailer Park, Hampden TOlffiShip, Cumberland County, Pa.,
the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars and the car registered
in my name at the time of my death.

Should my estate be insufficient to pay the above pecuniary
legatees in full, then and in that event, the said pecuniary legacies
shall be paid in the order above set forth.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister-
in-law, Lala p, Jones, my brothers-in-law, Clyde E. Peters, and
Howard S. Peters, and to my deceased husband's nephew, I. Millard
Peters, equally, share and share alike.
Should my sister-in-law, Lala P. Jones, predecease me, then
and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath the share of my estate
to which the said Lala P. Jones would have been entitled had she
survived me unto her children who survive me, in equal shares.
Should my brother-in-law, Clyde E. Peters, predecease me, then
and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath the share of my estate
to which the said Clyde E. Peters would have been entitled had he
survived me unto his widow, Zada V. Peters. Should the said Zada V.
Peters likewise predecease me, I direct that the said share of my
estate shall be added to and distributed to the other residuary
legatees hereunder,
Should my brother-in-law, Howard S. Peters predecease me, then
and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath the share of my estate
to which the said Howard S. Peters would have been entitled had he
survived me unto his widow, Hazel Peters. Should the said Hazel
Peters likewise predecease me, then and in that event, I give, de-
vise and bequeath the said share of my estate unto the children of
Howard S. Peters who survive me, equally, share and share alike.
Should my deceased husband'o nephew, I. Millard Peters, pre-
decease me, then and in that event, I direct that his share of my
estate shall be added to and distributed to the other residuary lega-
tees hereunder.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint The First Bank and
Trust Company, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, executor of this my
Last Will,

I direct my said executor to employ William L. Sunday, Esquire,
as the attorney to settle my estate.

Esther C, Peters, a widow, died October 13, 1994 leaving a Last Will and
Testament dated February 25, 1985 wherein and whereby she bequeathed three (3)
pecuniary bequests of varying amounts and the car registered in her name at the time
of her death unto Mrs. Mabel Robinson, Dale J, Leppard and Clarence F. Speck, and
gave, devised and bequeathed all the rest, reaidue and remainder of her estate unto
Lala P. Jones, Clyde E. Peters, Howard S, Peters and r. Millard Peters, equally,
share and share alike, provided they survived the decedent.
Esther C. Peters died without leaving a car registered in her name at the
time of her death and therefor the bequest of the car to Clarence F. Speck failed.
All of the pecuniary legatees survived the decedent and Mabel Robinson
elected to take sorne items of the household goods and furniture as a part of her
pecuniary bequest at the appraised value thereof in the amount of $495,00 in
accordance with Item 3 of the Last Will and Testament and the balance thereof in cash
in the amount of $2005,00, The said pecuniary bequests were paid in full in February
1995 as set forth in said Account.
Clyde E. Peters, one of the residuary legatees, predeceased the testatrix
and the share of said estate to which he would have been entitled had he survived the
Peters,
testatrix became payable to his widow, Zada V. Peters, who survived the decedent,
under the express terms of the Will, The said Zada V, Peters died February 15, 1996
and the said share is now distributable to her estate, Le" Estate of Zada V.
I, Millard Peters, one of the residuary legatees, predeceased the testatrix
and the share of the estate to which he would have been entitled had he survived the
testatrix became payable to the other residuary legatees by the express terms of the
Will.

Therefore, the residuary estate is distributable in equal shares to Lala P.
Jones, the Estate of Zada V. Peters and Howard S. Peters in accordance with the
express terms of the Last Will and Testament of Esther C. Peters.

company, Hechnnicsburg, P^ as 'I'nmtoe anti the undersigned 8S
Settlor, The Settlor horeby grants and conveys to the Trustee all
right, title and interest in th~ cash amount indicated below and
to any other assets or liabilities sot forth on Schedulo "^", which
may bo attached to and made part of this agreement, IN TRUST,
NEVERTHELESS, to hold and manage in accordance with the terms and
