The defendant paid to the plaintiff, on the 24th day of March, 1997, the sum of
Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500,00) Dollars, on the 21st day of April, 1997, the
sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500,00) Dollars, on the 23rd day of Junt',

Pursuant to the provisions of the invoices with respect to balances more than
thirty days past invoice date, defendants owe plaintiff interest on the amount due at
the rate of one and a half (1.5 %) percent per month from and after June 1, 1997, as
set forth on invoices for June and July, 1997, attached hereto as Plaintiff's Exhibit A.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment against the defendant in the
amount of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight and 78/100 ($11,198.78)
Dollars, together with interest from June 1, 1997 and costs of suit.
