WHEREAS, Jacob G. Chacko and Mary Chacko, of 260-E North Arlington
Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith,
a contract with Haubert Homes, Inc. of 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a two-story home upon a lot of land situate as
follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situated in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Inverness
Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point also being the southwestern corner of Lot No.
104, as shown on the Final Phase 3 Subdivision Plan of Turnberry; thence along the
southern line of Lot No. 104, North 55 degrees 27 minutes 38 seconds East, a
distance of 170.93 feet to a point, said point being the common corner of Lot No.
104, Lot No. 107 and Lot No. 108; thence along the southern property line of Lot
No. 108, South 59 degrees 40 minutes 24 seconds Ea~t, il ui~tilnce of 41.65 feet to
a point on the property line of Lot No.1 08, said point also being the northeastern
corner of Lot No.1 02; thence along the northern property line of Lot No.1 02, South
33 degrees 48 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 175.86 feet to a point on the
eastern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, said point also being the northwestern
corner of Lot No. 102; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive,
North 56 degrees 11 minutes 28 seconds West, a dislance of 29.00 fl'et to a point
on the eastern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive; thence continuing along the
e.lstern right-of-way lillt' of Inverlll'ss Drive, by a curve to the right with a radius of
205.00 feet, an arc Ipnglh of 77.47 fl'pI, s.lid .HC I>ping sllblended by a chord bearing

SUBJECT to one half of a 40 foot drainage easement on the eastern
property line.
CONTAINING 12,820.60 square feet or 0.294320 acre.
Being Lot No.1 03, Plan ofTurnberry, Phase 3, recorded in Cumberland
County Plan Book 67, Page 29.
NOW, the -L1tf:. day of J '" '-(...... ,1997, at the time of
and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said Jacob G. Chacko and Mary Chacko, to the said
Haubert Homes, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Haubert Homes,
Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Haubert Homes, Inc. paid by
Jacob G. Chacko and Mary Chacko, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
