MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR
INSTALLATION OF CURBING & SIDEWALK
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Solicitor, Henry F. Coyne, Esquire. hereby files its claim for the
assessment levied in the installation and construction of curbing and
sidewalk in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, against the real estate hereinafter described, and sets
forth its claim as follows:
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is
the Township of East Pennsboro, a municipality located and having its
offices in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. This claim is being filed against real estate owned or reputed
to be owned by: BRENDA K. MITCHELL
This claim is being filed against the following property:
3, ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of g~ound w1th the improvements thereon
erected. situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, located at: 792 Brentwater Road Camp Hill
and more particularly bounded and described in the Office of the
Recorder oj Deeds of Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
36 J: ,Page 'I.. 90 , which Deed and the legal
description therein conta1ned are incorporated herein and made a part
of this L1en by reference.
4. The authorities under and by virtue of which the assessment
was levied and the work was done are the First Class Township Code, Act
of June 24, 1931, P.L. 1206, Sections 2060 and 2303, as amended and
supplemented, Ordinances No. 126-64, and, adopted April 20, 1964, and
Karch 3. 1980. respectively. and Township Ordinance 377-80, enacted
April IS. 1980, and Townsh1P Ordinance 464-88, enacted August 2, 1988.
The cla1m.for collection of this assessment is based upon the Act of
Asaembly approved Kay l6, 1923, P.L. 206 as amended and supplemented.
