East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Solicitor, Henry F, Coyne, Esquire, hereby files its claim for the
assessment levied in the installation and construction of curbing and
sidewalk in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, against the real estate hereinafter described, and sets
forth its claim as follows:
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is
the Township of East Pennsboro, a municipality located and having its
offices in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. This claim is being filed against real estate owned or reputed
to be owned by: BANKERS TR. CO. OF CALIFORNIA TRUSTEE FOR
VENDEE MORTGAGE TR.
This claim is being filed against the following property:
3. ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of ground with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, located at: 142 Wyoming Avenue, Enola PA 17025
and more particularly bounded and described in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
3~ f , Page "1,:j I.J ,which Deed and the legal
description therein contalned are incorporated herein and made a part
of this Lien by reference.
4. The authorities under and by virtue of which the assessment
was levied and the work was done are the Flrst Class Township Code, Act
of June 24, 1931, P.L. 1206, Sections 2060 and 2303, as amended and
supplemented, Ordinances No. 126-64, and, adopted April 20, 1964, and
Harch 3, 1980, respectively, and Township Ordinance 377-80, enacted
April 15, 1980, and Township Ordinance 464-88, enacted August 2, 1988.
The claim,ior collection of this assessment is based upon the Act of
As~embly approved Hay 16, 1923, P.L. 206 as amended and supplemented.

Honry F. Coyne, being duly sworn, doposes and says that ho is
Solicitor of the Township of East Pennsboro, the above named
claimant, and that the facts set forth in the foregoing claim are true
and correct to the best of his knowledge, information and belief.
