Duncan, Esquire, and files this COl11plaint, of which the Itlllowing is a statement: I. Plaintilfis Financial Trust Company, II corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth ofl'ennsylvllnill with its l11ain ollice and principal place of business located at I West High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, 2. Defendant, Glenn ^ Trostle is an adult individual who resides at R.D. # 2 Box 165, DilIsburg, York County, Pennsylvania 3. On or about December 7, I 9'J I, Defendant along with Robyn G. Darr made, executed and delivered to Plaintin'a note Iinilncing Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-four and 88/100 Dollars ($18,464 88), a copy of said note being attached hereto as Exhibits "A", and is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. 4. Said note has not been assigned 5. Said note is in delillllt because Defendant herein has failed to pay the payments that were due and owing for the months of March 1'J97, April!997, May 1997 and June 1997. 6 The Plaintill'has given wrillcn notice of default to defendant. 7 By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Sixteen Thousand Four and 9HIIOO ($1<.,004 98) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of 13.50 % per annum computed from March 25, 1997, and attorney's fees in the amount of Eight Hundred and 241100 ($HOO 24) Dollars, arc now due and payable.
