Bernheisel of Mechanicsburg, PA is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc. of Harrisburg Pennsylvania, for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way line of Logans Run at the dividing line of Lot No. 70 and Lot No. 71; thence by the northern right-of-way line of Logans Run by a curve to the left having a radius of 175,00 feet and an arc length of 19.85 feet, the aforesaid arc being traversed by a chord bearing of South 68 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds West and a chord distance of 19.84 feet to a point; thence continuing by said right-of-way South 65 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds West 60,15 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot No, 72 and Lot No. 71; thence by line of Lot No. 72 North 24 degrees 45 minutes 11 seconds West 105,00 feet to a point on lands now or formerly of Ovidio Acri; thence by lands now or formerly of Ovidio Acri North 65 degrees 14 minutes 49 seconds East 92.04 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot No, 70 and Lot No. 71; thence by line of Lot No. 70 South 18 degrees 15 minutes 19 seconds East 106.81 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Logans Run, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 71 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Logans Run, Phase III, recorded April 30, 1997 in Plan Book 74, Page 92 and containing approximately 9,044 sqaure feet, BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which W. Richard Kreiger and Beverly J. Kreiger, his wife, by deed dated November 5, 1991 and recorded November 6, 1991 by the Recorder of Deeds in and for cumberland County in Deed Book 35-J, Page 638, granted and conveyed unto Haubert Homes, Inc., a pennsylvania General Partnership, consisting of Logan's Run Corporation and Haubert Hemes, Inc, GRANTOR herein.
