th~ mOlhcr shall eujoy custody of thc child from at l~ast 4:00 p,m. on Dcecmber 24 until 12:00 noon
on December 25. Father sh.dl enjoy a p~riod of custody with the child from 12:00 noon on Dec~mber
25 until at least 12:00 noon on Deccmber 26.
9. 'nlC fathcr shall also enjoy two scv~n (7) day p~riods of extendcd physical custody with Ihe
child during each summcr. 111e fathcr shall notify the mothcr of those weeks that he intends to utilize
for the summer no latcr than May 31 of each ycar.
10. The mothcr shall always have physical custody of the child during the last weekend of cach
June.
11. The above refcrcnced holiday and summer visitation schcdule shall take priority above the
pani~s rcgular altemating we~kend schedule.

parent's custodial right. Previously, Ddendant has refused Plaintiffs request to takl' thl' child to his
