execute this waiver do hereby expressly waivc and rclinquish for themselvcs and their
subcontractors, any and all liens, mechanics licns, claims or rights thereto, against the below-
referenced property or building arising out of the labor performed, materials furnished or both by
me under the terms of any contract of cmploymcnt cntcrcd into by thc Owners in connection with
the constmction of the Owners' dwelling which is currently rcmains under constmction on the
following described real property:
