Freeman, Jr., an adult individual residing at 428 Bosler Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17043, since 1989. 2. The Defendant is Bonnie M. Freeman, an adult individual who resides at c/o Nancy L. Houck, 12 Marshall Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately prior to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on December 15, 1984 in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. Neither Plaintiff nor Defendant is in the military or naval service of the United states or its allies within the provisions of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of the Congress of 1940 and its amendments. 6. There have been no prior actions for annulment between the parties. There were two prior actions for divorce filed; the first by Defendant which was discontinued in 1990, and the second by Plaintiff which was discontinued in 1995. -...
