Hess, to wit: the defendant is enjoined from physically abusing the victim, Kelly Margaret Hocker, or from placing her in fear of abuse. The defendant knocked Hocker to the ground and kicked her in the leg and he also placed her in fear of abuse. PROBABLE CAUSE: On 03-25-9B at approximately 0345 hours the defendant stopped at Hockers residence. The defendant and Hocker got into an argument and the defendant advised that he was going to harm her. In the parking lot the defendant grabbed Hocker and knocked her to the ground and then kicked her in the leg. Hocker did not require medical assistance. The plaintiff sustained bruising and red marks about her neck as a result of this incident. On the same date, the defendant punched out one of the plaintiff's windows in her apartment. c) In or about late April or early May 1997, the defendant sprang at the plaintiff, pinned her on a chair, and punched her about her head, d) In or about October 1996, the defendant demanded money from the plaintiff. and when she refused to give him any, he grabbed her by the hair, pulled her down to the !loor on her knees, swung her around by the hair, repeatedly kicked and punched her about her shoulders. neck, and back, and threatened to kill her.
