Pending further Order of Court or agreement of the parties, the Father, Robert R. Oley, and the Mother, Holly L. Oley, shall have shared legal custody of Shelby L. Oley, born December 6, 1981 and Shannon L. Oley, born April 28, 1986. The Father shall have primary physical custody of the Children. 2. It is contemplated that the parties will obtain a custody evaluation to assist them in establishing ongoing custody arrangements. Pending the outcome of the evaluation, agreement of the parties or further Order of the Court, the Mother shall have liberal partial physical custody of the Children over the Thanksgiving holiday and at any other time the Mother travels to Pennsylvania. In addition, the Mother shall have physical custody of the Children at her residence in North Carolina over the Children I s mid-November break ( teacher in-service) from school. The , Mother shall be responsible for all costs of airline or other transportation. 3. The parties agree to continue their discussions concerning obtaining a custody evaluation and, in connection with making financial and other arrangements for the evaluation, counsel for either party may contact the Conciliator to schedule a telephone conference. In the event that the parties are unable to reach an agreement on ongoing custody arrangements after obtaining a custody evaluation, counsel for either party may also contact the Conciliator to schedule a second Conciliation Conference.
