STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
THIS STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT entered into this 27th day of June, 1997, by
and between DAWN CHRISTINE THUMMA (hereinafter referred to as "Mother") and DEAN
JOHN PRICE (hereinafter referred to as "Father"),
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WlTNE~:\'ETH THAT:
WHEREAS, Mother and Father are the natural parents of the following children: Dylan
Lee Price, born 10/30/92 and Amber Laurel Price, born 117194; and
WHEREAS, the Mother and Father were residing together but separated in September
1996; and
WHEREAS, since the parties' separation, the children have primarily resided with mother;
and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an Agreement relative to the custody and
partial custody of the minor children.
