County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western right of way line of Hickory Road (a
60 foot right of way) said point being the terminus of a curve
connecting said right of way with the Northern right of way line of
Cedar Road (a 50 foot right of way); thence from said point of
BEGINNING, by said curve, curving to the right having a radius of 15.00
feet, an arc distance of 23.56 feet to a point on the Northern right of
way line of Cedar Road; thence by said right of way South 88 degrees 28
minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 151.50 feet to a point; thence by
a line crossing said Cedar Road South 01 degree 31 minutes 04 seconds
East a distance of 50,00 feet to a point on the Southern right of way
line of Cedar Road at the corner of other lands now or late of Jack C.
Beitzel; thence by said land, by a curve, curving to the right, having a
