Trustee shall hold, maintaJ.n, invest and reinvest the
trust estate for the benefit of settlor. It shall collect the
income therefrom and first pay any expenses of the trust,
including trustee's reasonable expenses incurred in performance
of its duties and reasonable compensation to the trustee for
its services. Trustee shall pay to settlor, at least
quarterly, the net income of tha trust est3te and shall further
pay to settlor all of the principal or such portion of the
principal as settlor may from time to time request in writing.
In the event settlor becomes ill, incompetent or upon the
written request of settlor, trustee shall pay such part of the
income and principal as the trustee, in its discretion,
believes is necessary and proper for the support and mainten-
ance of settlor, and may disburse such amounts in anyone of
the fOllowing ways:
A. To that person or. corporation who is taking
care of or has custody of the settlor;
B. Dirsctly to the settlor;
C. To any creditor of settlor for his benefit.
