b. Beginning on August 8, 1997, Husband shall have the Children on
alternating Friday evenings after day care or school until the following Sunday evening
at 5:00 p,m, Wife shall have the Children during the alternate weekends.
c, For the following holidays, the parties shall alternate custody:
Easter; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; and Halloween.
Said alternating schedule shall begin with Wife having the Children
for Labor Day;
d. The parties shall divide Thanksgiving into two segments. Segment
A shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day until 9:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day,
Segment B shall begin on the Friday following Thanksgiving at 9:00 a.m. until that same
day at 9:00 p.m. Husband shall have Segment A in odd years and Wife shall have
Segment A in even years;
e. The parties shall divide Christmas into two segments. Segment A
shall begin at 10:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve until 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. Segment
B shall begin on Christmas Day at 2:00 p.m. until December 26th at 2:00 p.m. Wife shall
have Segment A in odd years and Husband shall have Segment A in even years;
f. The parties have agreed to have a joint birthday party for each child
on said child's birthday, therefore the parties will have joint visitation during said party.
In the event the parties decide not to have a birthday party on the child's actual birthday,
then the parent with the right to regular visitation pursuant to this Agreement shall have
the children;
g. Regardless of the foregoing schedule, Wife shall have the Children
for Mother's Day and Wife's Birthday and Husband shall have the Children for Father's
