LAST WILL AlTO TESTAMENT OF
MYRTLE M. GOODHART

I, Myrtle M. Goodhart, of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deolare this to be my Last Will
and Testament and revoke all Wills and Codioils previously made
by llIe.
ITIN 11 I direot that all my legally enforoeable debts and
funeral expenses, includ,l.ng all expenses of my last :lllness,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my deoease as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITIN III I bequeath the dresser and cheat of drawers in the
,baok room of my residence to my son, Thomas E. Goodhart, of
Cleveland, Ohio. The gun cabinet and small stand in the dining
room were made by my said son and belong t~ him. Said items
should be returned to my son by 'my executor and do not constitute
a portion of my estate.
ITIN 1111 I bequeath the nightstand in the front bedroom,
the stand in the living room, the stand in the dining room, and
the olock on the wall in the dining room to my daughter, S.
patrioia Negley, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
ITIN IVI I bequeath the cherry chest in the back bedroom to
my daughter, Norma I. Grove, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
ITIK VI I bequeath all of my jewelry to my daughters,
Mary M. Jones, s. patricia Negley, Norma I. Grove, and LoletD A.
Shenk, all of Carlislei Pennsylvania, to be divided botween them
by my personal representative with due regard for their personal
preferenoes in as nearly equal shares as practioal.
ITBH VII I bequeath the rocking chair in the living room to
my Bon, Wi1liam H. Goodhart, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

IT!K VIII I bequeath any automobiles or motor vehicles I
may own at my death, my personal effects, my household goods and
other personal property of like nature not heretofore bequeathed,
together with any existing insurance thereon, to such of my
children as are living on the thirty-first day after my death, to
be divided among them with due regard for their personal
preferences in as nearly equal shares as practioal. I direct
that any of the foregoing articles not selected by my said
children shall be sold at public or private sale by my personal
representative and I further direct that the net prooeeds thereof
shall be administered anti distributed as a part of the residue of
my estate.
ITEX VIllI I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate
of every nature and wherever situate, inclUding any property over
whioh I uhall have any power of appointment, in equal shares to
my children, provided that the ahare of any child who predeceases
me or dies on or before the thirtieth day following my death
shall be distributed to his or her isaue, per stirpes, living on
the thirty-first day following my death, and in default of any
suoh then living issue, such share shall be added to the share or
shares for my other children.
ITEM IXI All federal, state and other death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my
gross estate for tax purposes, whether passing under this Will or
otherwise, including any interest or penalty imposed in
conneotion with such taxes, shall be considered a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid out
of the principal of my residuary estate without apportionment or
right of reimbursement.
IT!K XI I appoint my daughter, S. Patricia Negley,
Executrix cf this my last Will. Should my said daughter fail to
qualify or oease to act as Executrix, I appoint my son, William
H. Goodhart, Executor of this my last Will.
IT!K XI. I direct that all fiduciaries aoting under this
Will, whether or not named herein, shall not be required to give
