I, EDNA M. SHIlNK, of R.n. 111, Box 520, Mechanicsburg, Silver Spring .
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEM I: 1 direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and
administration expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid from the assets
of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
ITI1M II: r devise and bequeath the rosidue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, to my husband, .Jaceh S. Shenk, providing he shall
survive me by thi'.'ty (30) days,
ITEM III: Should my husband, Jacob S. Shenk, predecease me or die 0
or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and hequeath the residu
of my estate, of evelY nature and wherever situate, to my issue, per stirpes,
living on the thirty-first day following my death.
ITEM IV: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in conse-
quence or-my~ath, of whatever nature and hy whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my r()siduary estate as a part of the expense of the adminis-
tration of my estate,
ITEM V: I nominate and appoint the Commonwealth National Bank,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Trustee of the share and of any property of any benefi-
ciary who may be a minor. The income and/or principal of said trust may be
accumulated or expended for the maintenance, education and support of such bene-
ficiary as my trustee in its discretion may determine; and my trustee, in the
expenditure of income and/or principal for such purposes, may, in its discretion,
apply the same directly without the intervention of a guardian or pay the same
to any person having the care or control of said heneficiary or with whom the
beneficiary resides, without duty on the part of the trustee to supervise or
inquire into application of the funds hy any person to whom any payment is so
made. The balance of such income and/or principal shall be paid to such benefi-
ciary upon reaching majority, or to such beneficiary's estate in the event of
death prior thereto.
ITEM VI: 1 appoint my husband, Jacob S. Shenk, Executor of this my
Last Will and "'Fostament, Should my husband, Jacob S. Shenk, fail to qualify or
cease to act as Executor, I appoint my children, Doris L, Weary, Gerald J.
Shenk, Jody K. Anderson and Joseph n. Shenk, or the survivors thereof, Co-
Bxecutors of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM VII: r direct that my ExecuteI' or trustee, or their successors
shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties
in any jurisdiction.

ALL that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot 02 on the Preliminary-Final
Subdivision Plan for Edna Shenk and Gerald and Susan Shenk as recorded in Cumber-
land County Plan Book 70, Page 73, in which ia more fully bounded and described
as follows I
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Locl~t Point Road at a corner of Lot
01 in the aforeseid subdivision plan; thence South 35 degrees 51 mintuee 23 seconds
East 163.38 feet along the center line of Locust Point Road to a point at corner
of land now or formerly of George L. Souder; thence South 73 degrees 09 millutes
30 seconds West 397.12 feet along land now or formerly of George I.. Souder to an
iron pin; thence North 20 degrees 22 minutes 23 seconds West 154.76 feet along
same to a concrete monument at a corner of Lot 01 in the aforesaid subdivision

thence South 73 degrees 09 minutes 30 scconds West 397.12 feet along land now or
formerly of George L. Souder to an iron pin; thence North 20 degrees 22 minutes

seconds Esst 367.56 feet to a point within the center line of Locust Point Road;
thence South 35 degrees 51 minutes 23 seconds East 110.49 feet to a point, the
place of beginning. This description is drafted according to a survey by J. R.
Spease, Registered Professional Engineer, dated August 10, 1995, a copy of which
is attached hereto, and is the premises now owned by Gerald J. Shenk and Susan C.
Shenk as per Cumberland County Deed Book K, Volume 28, Page 921.
BEING part of the premises described in deed of Jacob S. Shenk and Edna M. Shenk,
his wife, dated May 14, 1979 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book K,
Volume 28, Page 877, to Jacob S, Shenk and Edna M. Shenk, his wife. The said
Jacob S, Shenk died July IS, 1991, thereby vesting full title to the within
described premises in Edna M, Shenk, surviving tenant by the entirety.
The purpose of this deed is to convey the remainder of the premises described in
Cumberland County Deed Book K, Volume 2.8, Page 871, to the Grantees herein, who are
the owners of adjoining premises which is the exception described hereinbefore,
so that the Grantees will own all of Lot 02 on the Preliminary-Final Subdivision
Plan for Edna Shenk and Gerald and Susan Shenk as recorded in Cumberland County
Plan Book 70, Page 73, referred to hereinbefore.
