whereof is herehy acknowledged, docs hereby covenanl. promise. und ugrce thai no mechanics' lien or claim or
other lien or claim of any kind whatsoever shall be filed or mainlained aguinstlhe suid huilding or huildings or
Ihe cunilage or cunilages appunenanttherelo. by Conlmctor or hy any suh.conlraclor. mUleriulmen. or luborers
for work done, or maleriuls furnished under said COnlmct or hy any olher pony acting through or under them or
any of them for and ahoul said huilding or buildings or uny pan Ihereof, or on credit thereof. and thai all suh-
contractors. materialmen and lahorcrs on said work shall look to and hold COnlmclor personally Iiahle for all suh-
contmcts. malerials furnished ond work and lahor done. so Ihat there shall nol be any legal or lawful claim of any
kind whatever against Owner for any work done or lahor or malerials furnished under said conlmct for and uhout
the crcclion. conslruction. and completion of said huildings as aforesaid, or under any conlract for extru work or
for work supple menial thereto or olherwise.
AND Ihis agreement waiving the right of lien shall hc an independent covenant and shall opemle and he
effcctive as well wilh respect to work done and materials furnished under any supplemenlal conlmct for exlm work
in the ereclion, construction. and completion of Ihe said huilding or huildings as any work and lahor done and
materials fumishcd under the conlmct aforesaid.
AND, in order to give Ihe Owner full power and aUlhority 10 prolecl himsclf and the lot or 10ls of ground
against any and all claims filed hy the Conlractor or anyone acting under or Ihrough him or it in violation of the
foregoing covenant. the said Conlmctor for himself, themselves. itself. hereby irrevocahly authorizes and
empowers ony Anomey of any Coun of Common Pleas of the Commonweahh of Pennsylvania. 10 appear for
him, them. it or any of them. in any of thc said Couns of Common Pleas as Anomey for him. them. or iI and in
him. their. its. name. mark satisfied of record at the cost and expense of the Contraclor or of any Suh-Contractor
or Malerialman. or Materialmen. any and all claims or claim. lien or lien. filed hy or for Ihe Conlmctor. or any
Suh-Conlmctor or Malerialman. or in his or their name against said huilding or huildings. lot or lots of ground or
any pan thereof and for such act. or acls Ihis shall be good and sufficient warrant and authority. and a refercnce 10
the Coun, Tenn and Number in which and where this Agreement shall have heen filed shall he a sufficienl
exhibit of the Authority herein contained to warrant such aClion. and Ihe Contractor for himself. themselvcs.
itself. do hereby remise, release and quit-claim all rights and all manner of errors. defccts and imperfections
whatsoever in entering such satisfaction or in anywise touching or concerning the same.
