was enjioned from harassing or stalking, menacing or physically abusing the victim, being

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 15th day of July, 1997, the
Defendant, Jeffrey Bretz, now appearing in court following the
filing of a complaint for indirect criminal contempt arising out
of an alleged violation of a protection from abuse order entered
by the Perry County Court of Common Pleas, and the Public
Defender having been appointed to represent the Defendant and
appearing with him at this time, the nonjury trial in this
matter is scheduled for Friday, July 18, 1997, at 1:30 p.m., in
Courtroom No.5, Cumberland County courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, at which time and place the Defendant is directed
to appear for trial.
Bail is set in this matter, pursuant to an
agreement reached between the Commonwealth and the Defendant, at
$500.00, conditioned, among other things, upon the Defendant's
having no contact with the alleged victim in this case.
