VIOlated)
Fine Line Restorations installed a rebuilt engine in plaintiff's 1989 Jeep Waggoneer.
Fine Line purchased the rebuilt engine from Engine America, Inc. After the plaintiff
drove the vehicle after the engine was installed, the engine was making noises and not
running right. At this time Fine Line had plaintiff's vehicle towed to Engines America
(en~ine had 120 miles on it - driven 4 days - when veh. had problems). Engines America
rebuilt the already rebuilt engine where upon plaintiff was advised that a hose clamp had
been dropped into the cyclinder. As a result of the engine problems the plaintiff has
incurred repair bills totalling $1,442.00.
