(Marital Debts)
Wife agrees to be responsible for the following obligations:
(I) Beleo Visa. approximate balance of $3.000 more or less. Wife's student loans.
(2) The Computer System wonh approximately $1.500,
Husband agrees to be responsible for the following obligations:
New Cumberland FCU loan. Harris loan. MastercardlBELCO account, and Reel
Mongage.
Husband and Wife each covenant. represent and agree that each will now and at all times
hereafter hold hannJess and keep the other indemnified from the above listed debts as well as all
debts, charges and liabilities incurred by the other prior to or after the elTecth'e date of this
Agreement. except as may be otherwise specifICally provided for by the teons of this Agreement.
Funhermore. the panies agree any debt incurred since the separation in May. 1995 is the sole
responsibility of the party who incurred the debt,

Both parties acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this Agreement providing for
equitahle distribution of marital property is fair. adequate and satisfactory to them and is accepted
hy them in lieu of and in full and final settlement and satisfaction of any claims or demands that
either may now or hereafter have against the other for support. maintenalll:e or alimony, Husband
and Wife further. voluntarily and intelligently, waive and relinquish any right to seek from the
other any payment for support or alimtmy, Each pany shall indemnify. defend and hold the
other harmless against any future action for either support or alimony brought by or on behalf of
the other. such indemnity to indude the actual counsel fees of the Wife in any such future action.

(Waiver of Interest in Retirement)
Husband and Wife exprasly waive and relinquish any right, daim. title or interest in any

Husband and Wife declare that each has bad a full and fair opponunity to obtain and
consult with legal counsel of his/her selection and that the panies. cognizant of their legal rights.
declare and express that:
a) Joel D. Johnson is represented by Austin F. Grogan. Esq.; and
b) Brenda R. Johnson. is represented by Murel R. Walters, III.
Husband agrees to pay one-half of wife's fees relating to the filing and conclusions
of the divorce which are:

(General Provisions)
This Agreement encompasses all agreements belween lhe parties concerning Lhe mailers
sel limh herein and may nol be allered or omilled excepl in wriling execuled by lhe parties; the
waiver of any lenn. condilion or provision of this Agreement shall in no way be deemed a waiver
of any other lenn. condilions or provisions of this Agreement.
If any tenn. condilion or provision of this Agreemenl shall be detennined to be void or
invalid in law or otherwise. then only thallenn. condilion or provision shall be stricken from this
Agreement. and in all other respects. Lhis Agreemenl shall be "alid and continue in full force.
It is agreed by and betwt'Cn the panies hereto thaI this Agreement shall survive and shall
not be merged inlo any decree. judgment. or order of divol'l'C or separation. It is specifICally
agreed. however. that a copy of this Agreement or lhe substance of the provisions thereof. may
be incorporated. by referelk.-e. into any divorce. judgment or decree. This incorporalion.
however. shall not be regarded a~ a merger. il being the specifIC illlent of the panies to pennil
