and Surveyors dated April 19, 1996 and revised May 1, 1996 and
May 9, 1996 and recorded in the Cumberland County Reco~der of
Deeds Office at Plan Book 72, page 69.
BEING the same premises which Cathy S. Stone by deed dated
May 30, 1997 and recorded prior hereto, granted and conveyed unto
