I, EMALINE B. TROVINGER, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, do hereby make my last will and testament, revoking
all previous testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as may be convenient to my
Executor hereinafter named.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real
and personal and wheresoever situate as followss
(a) I give all my jewelry, weadng apparel, auto-
mobile, books, pictures, silverware, and all other articles of
tangible personal property, one-half (1/2) to my brother, Myers W.
Knight, of Enola, PennSylvania, and one-half (1/2) to my brother,
William B. Knight, of Payson, Arizona. If my brother, Myers W.
Knight predeceases me, I give his share of my tangible personal
property to his wife, Charlotte, and if she too has predeceased me,
to his issue in equal shares. If my brother, William B. Knight,
predeceases me, I give the share of the said property which my de.
ceased brother would have received to his son, William B. Knight II.
(b) All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal and wheresoever situate, I direct shall be divided
into two equal shares, and I dispose of said shares as fOllows.
(I) I give one of the said parts to my brother, __,
Myers W. Knight, of Enola, Pennsylvania, if he survives me. If the
said Myers W. Knight predeceases me, I give the said share to his
wife, Charlotte I and if she too has predeceased me leaving issue
surviving me, I give the said share of my estate to the said issue,
in equal shares.
