Conciliation Report, it is
I. The Mother, Robin J. Worley, and the Father, Paul E. Worley,
shall have shared legal custody of Ashley Marie Worley, born September 3,
1996.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child.
The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Child on alternating
weekends, beginning Septerrber 13, 1996 fran Saturday at 7:30 a.m. until
Sunday at 8:00 p.m.
3. The parties shall share or alternate custody of the Child on
holidays as follows:
A. Otristmas: The Father shall have custody of the Child in
every year fran Christmas Eve at 12:00 noon until Christmas
Day at 12:00 noon. The Mother shall have custody of the
Olild in every year fran Christmas Day at 12:00 noon until
OecerItler 26 at 12:00 noon.
B. Thank8giving: The Father shall have custody of the Child
every year on Thanksgiving Day fran 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
and the Mother shall have custody of the Child every year on
Thank8giving Day beginning at 2:00 p.m.
C. Eastel:: The party who has custody of the Olild under the
Agular weekend custody schedule over Easter weekend shall
have custody of the Child on Easter Sunday until 12:00 noon.
The other party shall have custody of the Olild on Easter
sundity fran 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m.
