COUNT I:
1. Plaintiff is Jeffrey M. Smith, an adult individual
who is sui juris and resides at 1105 Summerwood Drive, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Sandra K. Smith, an adult individual who
is sui juris and resides at Leiby Mobile Home Park, #169, Carlisle
Pike, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Both Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide
residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6l
months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on March 14,
1987, in South Carolina.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to request th.lt the Ccurt require the
panies to participate in counseling.

l. The Father, Jeffrey M. Smith, and the Mother, Sandra K. Smith,
shall have shared legal custody of Samantha Smith, born August 22, 1988,
and Jeffrey Smith, born August 29, 1989.
Children.
2. 'Ihe Mother shall have primary physical custody of the

Children during one weekend each month upon providing tw weeks advance
notice to the Mother. Specific arrangements for exchanges of custody shall
be made by agreement of the parties,

terminates before the Christmas holiday break until Christmas

Christmas Day at 2:00 p.llI. until Oecentler 28. The Mother
shall have custody of the Children during Segment A in odd
nUlltlered years and during Segment B in even nllltlered years.
The Father shall have custody of the Children during Segment
