Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, by its attorney, Richard
C. Ruben, Esquire, in exchange for One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid,
does hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge Tax
Parcel No. 10-16-1062-141, Lot No. 239. Hampden Hearth. Phase III,
located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (see
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated fully
and at length herein) from any and all claims as set forth in the
suit filed to No. 1997-CIVIL-3904 in the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by Harr~s Savings Bank, Plaintiff,
against H S Serv~ce corp., e.L. uaughen, James e. Grandon, Jr.,
Vernon E. Sealover, Sealover Construction Co., and Indian Creek
Joint Venture, Defendants.

Wallingford Way and Collingdale Circle the following courses along the centerline of

to a point of curvature; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 500.00 feet and an
