York Street, Dillsburg, PA 17019, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND DIXIE L. GIVENS, 430 Fairway Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, hereinafter referred to as Owner, Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a coimnercial building on that certain lot of ground situate at Lot 9, Wetzville Road and Keystoue Drive, Meehanicsburg. PA 17055 Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 38-13-0985.111 NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of thc sum of ($I.00) Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, arid the filrther consideration mentioned in the agreement atbresaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by rkem or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contact or otherwise, for, towards in, o . .: ' the said buildings on the lot a ve er/heel ..-.4 ,~ _: ....... , ( r a.bout the erection and construction of bo des ...... , a,,u mc ~am ~ourractor, Ior themselgc.% their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the fight to have, fib, and maintain any mechalfic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that tiffs instrument, waiving the fight of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
