I, ELMA R. HEIKES, Bethany Towers,]]' Wesley Drive, Apt.
321, Mechanicsburg, Cumherland County, Pennsylvania, declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form
followin~:
1., I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. I direct that all taxes that may be 89sessed in
consequence of my death of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed shall be paid out of my estate as a part of
the administration of my estate.
4. I hereby order and direct that my funeral services be
under the control and management of Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home,
Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
5. I give and bequeath my two diamond rings in yellow gold
settings to Judith A. Seitzel, provided she survives my death.

6. I give and bequeath my clothing to the Salvation Army,
Carlisle, PA, to dispose of in such manner as it shall deem
proper and charitable.
7. I give and bequeath my two antique rush bottom chairs
to Mrs. Jessie Smith, of Warrington, PA, provided she survives my
death.
8. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, be it real, personal or mixed, of
whatever kind and wheresoever situate, to my friend, Shirley A.
Delp, provided that she survives my death. Should Shirley A.
Oelp fail to survive my death, I give, devise and bequeath the
said remiander of my estate to Judith A. Beitzel and Gregory
Beitzel, brother and sister, in equal shares, share and share
alike, their heirs and assigns forever.
9. I nominate and appoint Roger M. Morgenthal, attorney at
law, CarliSle, PA, as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament; and I drect that he shall serve as such without the
necessity of filing bond or security in any jurisdiction.
10. In addition to the powers given my law, my Executor,
without any order of court and in his sole discretion, may:
A. Retain any property owned by me at my death and
any form of life insurance, annuity or endowment pOlicies,
and in so doing my personal representative may act without
restriction to so-called legal investments and without
responsibility for diversification.

hearing and sight of the Testatrix signed the Will as witnesses;
and that to the best of our knowledge the Testatrix was at that
time 18 or more years of age, of sound mind and under no
constraint or undue influence.
