REVOCATION OF CERTAIN POWER OF AlTORNEY

AND NOW comes A~hoice Farm Credit, ACA, successor to Northeastern Farm
Credit, ACA, PennWest Farm Credit, ACA, and York Farm Credit, ACA, hereinafter called
.A~hoice" and does hereby cancel, revoke, annul and terminate all that certain Power
of Attorney. more particularly hereinafter described. The person named below was
