HARRAL and save the Estate harmless against allliablllty loss and expense (including,
but not limited to, coats and counsel fees) which the estate may incur, whether due to
negligence or otherwise, as a result of making the above described distributions
without a Court audit,
5, The unriersigned hereby agree to indemnify the ESTATE of WILLIAM
BROOKE HARRAL and save the ESTATE harmless against all liability, loss, and
expense (including, but not limited to, costs and counsel fees) which the ESTATE may
incur, whether due to the Executor's negligence or otherwise, as a result of making the
above described distributions without a Court audit.
6, Each of the undersigned, for himself or herself, his or her heirs and assigns,
hereby forever fully releases, compromlses, settlos and discharges any and all claims,
demand8, actions or causes of action, legal or equitable, absolute or contingent, vested
or hereafter to accrue, which he or she may have against the ESTATE of WILLIAM
BROOKE HARRAL, deceased, or the Executor thereof, by reason of any matter, cause
or thing growing out of or relating to any property or asset of the said ESTATE or
growing out of or relating to any act of the Executor in his administration of said
Estate, even if attributable to negligence, and agree that any period for the limitation
of actions for the collection of any erroneous distribution or distributions shall
commence only at such time as the Executor shall have obtained actual knowledge of
Buch erroneous distribution or distributions and that in no event shall the period for
collection of any erroneous distribution or distributions be less than two years after
the actual discovery thereof by the ES'l'ATE,
7, The undersigned agree to exeoute suoh additional releases as the Executor

ESTATE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
TWs Agreement. is made th~hday of &k~1996, by and between
WILLIAM BRUCE HARRAL, as Executor, of the Estate of WILLIAM BROOKE
HARRAL, deceased (herein referred to as "ESTATE"), and Janet Harral, as beneficiary
of the Estate,
It is the desire of the undersigned that the administration of the Est,ate of
WILLIAM BROOKE HARRAL, be terminated without the expense and delay of a
Court accounting, Therefore, the undersigned, Intending to be legally bound hereby,
agree and certify that:
1. The undersigned, William Bruce Harral, is the Executor of the Estate of
WILLIAM BROOKE HARRAL, who died October 29, 1994, by virtue of Letters
Testamentary, duly granted to him by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on
November 3, 1994,
2. The undersigned, William Bruce Harral, certifies that, as Executor, he has
received the assets and made the payments, Including the payments of taxes, fees, and
distributions to beneficiaries (with the exception of final distribution, set forth below),
as required under Pennsylvania law and as directed under the Will of William Brooke
Harral,
3, The undersigned beneficiary agrees that in accordance with the Last Will and
Testament CJf William Brooke Harral, the remaining balance of the estate assets shall
be distributed to her, as final distribution, in the following amount: $1,023,39.
