I, MARGUERITE G. SENIOR, of 3524 September Drive,
Apartment 1, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make,
publish and deolare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by
me.
FIRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
rema.inder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over whioh I hold power of appointment and
together with any insuranoe policies ther~on, to my granddaughter,
KIMBERLY M. FIRESTONE, or her issue per stirpes by representation.
SECOND: I acknowledge that I am making no provisions
under this, my Last Will and Testament, for my daughter, DEBORAH
FIRESTONE. It is my choice and decision not to make any pro-
visions under this, my Last Will and Testament, for my daughtor,
DEBORAH FIRESTONE.
~HlRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by law
and by other provisions of this will, I give the Uduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applioable to all property,
exeroisable without ocurt approval and effeotive until aotual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease, for
any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upcn
such terms (inoluding credit, with or without security) Or condi-
tions as are deemed proper. This includes the pOloler to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and to
reoeive the prooeeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate and
to enter into agreements conoerning the partition, subdivision,
improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to impose or

(C) To oompromi.e any olaim or oontroversy and to
abandon any property whioh is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of propsrty, inoluding
.tooks, oommon tru.t funds and mortgage investment funds, without

arie., as are deemed proper, withQut regard to any principle of
diversifioation, risk or produotivity.
(E) To exeroise any option, right or privilege granted
in insuranoe pOlicies or in other investments.
(F) To exeroise any electiorl or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, inoluding, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift an~ estate or inheritanoe tax
laws.
(G) To make di$tributions to my herein named benefioi-
aries in oash or in kind or partly in 'each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expanses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) To seleot a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee stook
ownerShip plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the extent
the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exeroise any
other rights whioh they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they oonsider advisable.
FOURTH: I direot that all inheritanoe, estate, trans-
fer, suooession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, whioh may
be payable by reason of my dAath, whether or not with respect to
property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the prinoi"
pal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
inoome, which are undistributed and in the pos..ssion of the

SIXTH: I nominate and appoint my granddaughter,
XIMBERLY M. FIRESTONE, Exeoutrix of this, my Laat Will and Testa-
ment provided, however, that she is eighteen (18) years of age or
older. In the event that XIMBERLY M. FIRESTONE is not eighteen
(18) years of age or older or in the event of her death, resigna-
tion or inability to serve for any reason whatsoever, I nominate
and appoint my sister, BETTY A. PEFFER, Exeoutrix of this, my Last
Will and Testament. I direot that my Executrix, and her
suooessors, shall not be required to post security or a bond for
the performanoe of their duties in any jurisdiotion.
