LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
GEORGE A. WOLFE
I, GEORGE A. WOLFE, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking any will previously made by me.
I - I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate unto my wife, Joan A. Wolfe, providing
she survives me by thirty (30) days.
II - Should my said wife fail to be living on the
thirty-first (31st) day following my death, then I devise and
bequeath all of my estate of every nature llnd wherever situate
to The HarrIsburg National Bank and Trust Company of Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, Trustee, IN TRUST, nevertheless,
for the uses and purposes and subject to the terms and provisions
hereinafter contained.
A. The trust estate shall be held by the trustee
for my children in equal shares. The trustee shall invest and
reinvest the same and shall collect the income therefrom. Out
of the income derived the trustee shall pay all the necessary
costs and expenses of the trust intluding reasonable compensation
of the trustee. The net income from the said trust may be
accumulated or may, in the sole discretion of the trustee, be
i paid over to or applied to, for or on behalf of the welfare,
II maintenance, support and education of settlor's children. In
addition, if the income from the sai.d trust is inadequate for
said purposes, the trustee may at its sole and absolute discre-
I tion apply or pay over to, for or on behalf of settlor's children
. so much of the principal of ~he trust estate which may be neces-
sary for their welfare, support, maintenance and education. The
trust estate need not be put into separate trusts for administra-
tion purposes, but each share shall be separately accounted for
so that if distribution prior to the termination of the trust as
to any distributee at the discretion of the trustee is made, such
distribution shall be charged against the share of the distrib-
utee. .
,I B. As each of my children attains the age of 21
II years, the trustee shall pay over and distr ibute to him or her
I, at that time the sum of $5,000. As each of my sai.d children

,I attains the age of 25 years, t.he trustee shall distribute to him

I attains the age of 30 years, the trustee shall distribute to him
'lor her, his or her remaining share, including principal and
I income accumulations.
c. Should any of my said children die before
attaining the age of 30 years, the share of the said deceased
child shall be distr ibuted to the children of the deceased child
living at the time of distribution in equal shares. Should any
of said children die before attaining the age of 30 years and
have no children to survive him or her at the time of distribu- I
! tiora, his or her share shall be divided equally among my remaining!
children in equal shares. ,

II D. Any sum from the aforesaid paragraph c. which
Ii is payable to a minor grandchild of mine shall continue to be
! held i.n trust by the trustee. Any such sum may, in the sole and
I absolute discretion of the trustee, be applied to the support,
I maintenance, education and general welfare of said minor grand-
I child in such manner as the trustee may deem proper without
I regard to the duty of any person to support such minor. A~cumu-
lated income and principal shall be paid to such minor when he or
she reaches the age of 21 years or to the executor or administra-
I tor of such minor if he or she dies before reaching the age of
21 years.

I E. Neither the income from said trust estate
j hereby provided for the beneficiaries nor the principal fund shall
I be liable for their debts, present or future, and shall not be
. subject to the right on the part of any creditor to seize or reach
the same under any writ or by any proceeding at law or in equity.
'I'he beneficiaries shall not have the power to give, grant, sell,
convey, mortgage, pledge or otherwise dispose of, encumber or
anticipate the income or any installment thereof or any share in
I the principal thereof, it being settlor's direction that no
rights of disposition of any such property shall vest in benefi-
ciaries until the same shall have been actually transferred to
him or her.

III - My trustee hereinabove named shall have the
fOllowing powers in addition to those given by law to be exercised
in its sole discretion:
A. To purchase or otherwise acquire and to retain
any and all stocks, bonds, notes or other securities or any
variety of real and personal property, inclUding stocks or
interests in investment trusts or common trust funds, as it may
deem advisable, whether or not such investments be of the char-
acter permissible for investments by fiduciaries, or be unsecured
or Lmderproductive. Investments need not be diversified and may
I be made or retained with a view to the possible increase in
II value.

I or liquidation of any corporation which the trust estate may be
interested in, or to the sale, leaae, pledge, mortgage or encum-
brance of any property by or to any such corporation, and to make
any payments and to take any steps which it may deem advisable,
necessary or proper to enable it to obtain the benefit of any
such tr<lnsaction.
E. To hold investments in the name of a nominee.
F. To pay, compromise, compound, adjust, submit
to arbitration. sell or re1e<lse any claim or demand of the tl'Ust
ag<linst others, or of others against the trust, on such tF-rms as
it may deem advisable, including the acceptance of deeds of r~al
property, satisfaction of bonds and mortgages, and to make <lny
payments in connection therewith which it may deem advis<lble.
G. To make distribution of the principal of the
trust in kind, and to cause any shar.e to be composed of cash,
property or undivided fractional shares in property, different
in kind from any other share.
H_ To execute and deliver any and all instruments
in writing which it may deem advisable to carry out any of the
foregoing powers. No party to any such instrument in writing
and signed by the trustee shall be obliged to inquire into its
validity or be bound to see to the <lpp1ication by the trustee of
any money or other property paid or delivered to it by such
party pursuant to the terms of any such instrument.
I. Trustee may exercise any right to subscribe
for stocks,' bonds or other allotments received by reason of
investments held in trust, or may sell such rights for such
prices as to it may seem best.
J. Trustee shall have the power to allocate
receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each as
it may from time to time think proper in the instances when the
trustee considers the law governing such allocation to be uncer-
II tain, unfair or impractical.

II - Should my said wife fail to be living on the
thirty-first (31st) day following my death, then I devise and
bequeath all of my estate of every nature 6nd wherever situate
q to The Harr isburg Nationa:' Bank and Trust Company of Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, Trustee, IN TRUST, nevertheless,
for the uses and purposes and subject to the terms and provisions
hereinafter contained.
A. The trust estate shall be held by the trustee
for my children in equal shares. The trustee shall invest and
reinvest the same and shall collect the income therefrom. Out
of the income derived the trustee shall pay all the necessary
costs and expenses of the trust including reasonable compensation
of the trustee. The net income from the said trust may be
IJ accumulated or may, in the sole discretion of the trustee, be
paid over to or applied to, for or on behalf of the welfare,
, ma intenance, support and education of settlor's children. In
addition, if the income from the said trust is inadeauate for
said purposes, the trustee may at its sole and absolute discre-
tion apply or pay over to, for or on behalf of settlor's children
so much of the principal of the trust estate which may be neces-
sary for their welfare, support, maintenance and education. The
trust estate need not be put into separate trusts for administra-
tion purposes, but each share shall be separately accounted for
so that if distribution prior to the termination of the trust as

q B. As each of my children attains the age of 21
years, the trustee shall pay over and distribute to him or her
i at that time the sum of $5,000. As each of my said children

I or her one-half of his or her remaining share, inclUding princi-

C. Should any of my said children die before
I, attaining the age of 30 years, the share of the said deceasedhil
child shall be distributed to the children of the deceased c d

of said children die before attaining the age of 30 years and
have no children to survive him or her at the time of distribu-
I' tion, his or her share shall be divided equally among my remaining
children in equal shares.
D. Any sum from the aforesaid paragraph C. which
is payable to a minor grandchild of mine shall continue to be
held in trust by the trustee. Any such sum may, in the sole and
absoluta discretion of the trustee, be applied to the support,
maintenance, education and general welfare of said minor grand-
child in such manner as the trustee may deem proper without
regard to the duty of any person to support such minor. Accumu-
lated income and principal shall be paid to such minor when he or
she reach8s the age of 21 years or to the executor or administra-
tor of such minor if he or she dies before reaching the age of
21 years.
E. Neither the income from said trust estate
hereby provided for the beneficiaries nor the principal fund shall
be liable for their debts, presenc or f~cu~e, and shall not be
subject to the right on the part of any crediter to seize or reach
the same under any writ or by any proceeding at law or in equity.
The beneficiaries shall not have the power to give, grant, sell,
convey, mortqage, pledge or otherwise dispcse of, encumber or
anticipate ~he income or any inscallmen" thereof cr any share in
the principal thereof, it being settler's direction that no
rights of disposition of any such property shall vest in benefi-
ciaries until the same shall have been actuallv transferred to
him or her. .
III - My trustee hereinabove named shall have the
following powers in addition to those given by law to be exercisedi
in its sole discretion:
A. To purchase or otherwise acquire and to retain
any and all stocks, bonds, notes or other securities or any

interests in investment trusts or cornman trust funds, as it may
deem advisable, whether or not such investments be of the char-
acter permissible for investments by fiduciaries, or be unsecured
or underproductive. Investments need not be diversified and may

or otherwise dispose of or grant options with respect to
all property at any time forming a part of the trust

proxy with respect to any shares of stock or other securities

I necessary or proper to enable it to obtain the benefit of any

To hold investments in the name of a nominee.
F. To pay, compromise, compound, adjust, submit
to arbitration, sell or release any claim or demand of the trust
against others, or of others against the trust, on such terms as
~i it may deem advisable, including the acceptance of deeds of real

il payments in connection therewith which it may deem advisable.
G. To make distrib~tion of the principal of. the
I trust in kind, and to cause any share to be composed of cash,
property or undivided fractional shares in property, different
in kind from any other share.
H. To execut.e and deliver any and all instruments
in writing which it may deem advisable to carry out any of the
foregoing powers. No party to any such instrument in writing
and signed bv the trustee shall be oblicred to inquire into its
validity or be bound to see to the application by the trustee of
any money or other property paid or delivered to it by such
party pursuant to the terms of any such instrument.
I. Tt'ustee may exercise any right to subscribe
for stocks, bonds or other allotments received by reason of
investments held in trust, or may sell such rights for such
