IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
I, ELIZABETH L, PIERSON, of the Borough of Collingswood'
County of Camden, and State oj New Jersey, being of sound mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare the
following as and for my Las t Wi 11 /lnd Testament, !lnd hereby re-
voke any and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST: I order and direct my Executor, hereinafter
named, to pay and discharge all of my debts, funeral and testa-
mentary expenses, as soon as conveniently may be after my death,
SECOND: Provided he shall survive me for a period of
thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved
husband, WILLIAM M, PIERSON, JR" all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my property, real, personal and mixed at whatever
time ac(!uired by me and wherever si tuate, in fee simple,
THIRD: In the event my said husband, WILLIAM M, PIERSON,
JR" shall predecease me or should he fail to survive me for
thirty (30) days after my death, then and in that event, I give,
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate to my beloved son, WILLIAM M. PIERSON, III, to be his
absolutely and forever,
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, WILLIAM M, PIERSON, JR" Executor of my estate. In the
event he shall fail to qualify for any reason or having qualified
shall die or resign before my estate is fully administered, then
and in that event, I appoint WILLIAM M, PIERSON, III to be Execu-
tor of my estate,

tion to the clnss of investments in which fiduciaries may be
authorized by statute or rule of court; to exercise, personally
or by proxy, any option or privilege to convert securities be-
longing to my estate; to become a party to any reorganizl\tion 0
consolidation, merger or other capital adjustment; to employ

such custodians, agentH' accountants, assistants and advisors
as he may deem necessary; to manage real property belonging to
my estate; to lease any such real property regardless of the fact
that the term of any such lease may extend beyond the period of

my estate and to pledge or mortgage any property so held as
security thersfore; to make partition, division or distribution
of my estate in kind or in cash or partly in kind and partly in
cash; and to do all other acts which in his discretion may be
neoessary or appropriate for the proper and advantageous manage-
ment. investment and distributi.on of my estate, and no person
dealing with my Executor who shall purchase property from or
lend money to my Executor shall be under any obligation to ;I,nquir
