I, FRIEDA R. SEYJlfOUR, of tlu' Borough of lVonnll!ysbhrg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sCl.md and disposing mind, lnel1VJry and understanding,
do make publish and declare this to be my !.Bst \~ill and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills, Codicils or Writings in the nature thereof by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that my just debts, the expenses of my last illness
and my funeral shall be paid from my estate as a cost of administration.
SEOOND: If she survives me by sixty (60) days, all my hlJ.Jsehold goods,
automobiles, jelrelry and all tangible personal property, together with all policies
of insurance relating thereto, or the proceeds of such policies, I give to my
daughter, MARCI J. SEAMAN, of lVormleysburg, Pennsylvania.
'IlIIRD: If she survives me by sixty (60) clays, and recognizing that she
is joint owner with me for lOOst of my real and personal property, all the rest,
resi.due and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, including all property
over which I shall then have any power of appointn-ent, I give, appoint, devise and
bequeath to my daughter, MARCI.
FOURllI: In the event that my daughter, MARCI, fails to survive me by
sixty (60) days, I leave my enti're estate, real, personal and mixed, to my daughter's
son, ROBERT LLOYD SEAJlfAN, if he should survive me by sixty (60) days.
FIFllI: In the further event thnt neither my daughter, MARCI, nor my
grandson, ROBERT LlDYD, survive me by sixty (60) days, my estate shall pass pursuant
to the terms of my daughter's Last lVi11 and Testan-ent as if I had predeceased her.
It is my wish and hope that my daughter, MARCI, will provide in her wst \~i 11 and
Testament. for specific bequeaths to the Temple Beth EI, West Shore Public Library
and to my brother-in-law, BERNARD J. 1'INKIDIAN, of Binghamton, New York.
SIX'll!: If a Trustee in necessary to protect the proceeds of my estate

as Trustee.
SEVEN'lll: In addition to powers granted by law, my Executor ami, if
necessary, Trustee, shall have the following powers, <!xercisable at discretion
from time to time without Court approval, \~ith respect to both principal and
accul1lllated income, and such powers shall continue until distribution is actually
nilde :
A. To sell at p.tblic or private aale, exchange
or lease. for any period ot time any real or personal
property, and to give options for sales or leases.
n. To borrow money, including the right to
borrow fran any corpora t(~ fiduciary ac ti.ng hereunder,
and to mortgage or pledge as security.
C. To compranise claims.
D. To accept in kind, re~ai.n and invest in any
form of property without being limited to legal in-
vestments and without regard to any principle of
diversification as to any property owned by me at
my death.
E. To operate any business, cause or join in
any incorporation, partnership, recapitalization,
merger, reorganization or voting trust plan; to
delegate authority with respect thereto; to deposit
inves.tments under agreements and pay assessmerltsj
and generally to exercise all rights of investors.
EIGHllI: All principal and income shall, until actual distribution
to the beneficiary, be free of the debts, contracts, alienations and anticipations
of any beneficiary, and the sanx! shall not be liable to any levy, attachment, execu-
tion or sequestration while in the possession of Ill)' EXecutor and Trustee.
NINTII: All estate, inheritance, succossion and other death taxes,
imposed or payable by reason of my death, other than any generation-skipping transfer
taxes, lIIld interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property cClnpr1sing
my gross estate for death tax 1J.lrposes, whether or not such property passes under
this Will, shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate, as if such taxes
