I have just returned from vaoation and am in reoeipt of your letter
dated September 1 with enolosures of oopy of the Will and original
death oertifioate for Dor.othy P. Stearns.

I, DOROTHY P. STEARNS, of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my
Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following,
1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codioils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expellses out of my eetate, as soon as
pr.acticable after my death.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate to my husband, BREWSTER B. STEARNS.
4. Should my husban, BREWSTER B. STEARNS, predecease me, I
give, devise and bequeath my residuary in equal shares to my
children, JACK E. STEARNS and BARBARA RAFFENSPERGER. Any
remaining obligation to me from JOHN M. and RUTH JEAN RUSSELL,
which is a lien on 5672 Walnut Grove Place, Memphis, Tennessee,
shall constitute part of the one-half share to which my son,
JACK, may be entitled to receive. Any remaining obligation to me
of my granddaughter, KIM RAFFENSPERGER, shall be a part of the
distributive share to which my daughter, BARBARA, may be entitled
to receive.

S. I nominate and appoint FARMERS TRUST COMPANY and its
successors, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Trustee of the share of any
benaficiar.y who may be under the age of Twenty-two (22) years.
The income and/or principal of said trust may be accumulated or
expended for the maintenance, education and support of such
beneficiary as my Trustee in its sole discretion may determine,
and my Trustee, in the expenditure of income and/or principal for
~uch purposes, may, at its discretion, apply the same directly
without the intervention of a guardian or pay the same to any
person having the care or control of said beneficiary or with
whom the beneficiary resides, without duty on the part of the
Trustee to supervise or inquire into the application of the funds
by any person to whom any payment is so made. The balance of'
such income and/or principal shall be paid to such beneficiary
upon reaching the age of Twenty-two (22) years, or to such
beneficiary's estate in the event of death prior thereto.
6. I nominate and appoint my husband, BREWSTER B. STEARNS,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; and as substitute
Executors I nominate and appoint my children, JACK E. STEARNS and
BARBARA S. RAFFENSPERGER. '
7. I direct that my Executor and Trustee, as well as their
successors, shall not be required to file bond or security in any
jurisdiction.
