LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARGARETTE B. JACOBY
I, MARGARETTE B. JACOBY, of 114 South Pitt Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County/ Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils heretofore
made by me.

FIRST
I direct that my funeral be conducted in accordance with the
wishes I have made known to my Executor, hereinafter named.
SECOND
~
I direct the payment of my debts and funeral expenses from
my estate as soon ~fter my death as conveniently may be done. I
direct that my Executor shall pay all inheritance, estate/
succession and legacy taxes to which my estate or the transfer of
any property hereunder may be subject, and to charge such taxes
as part of the expenses of administration, payable out of my
estate.
THIRD
I give, devise and bequeath to my Executor/ those certain
items of treasured personal property owned by me at the time of
my death and listed on an Addendum to be attached to this, my
Last Will and Testament, or otherwise identified to my Executor.
I request that he distribute the items mentioned in accordance
with the wishes I have made known to him.

FOURTH
I direct that any articles of household furniture,
furnishings, collectibles and jewelry that I own at the time of
my death that I have not otherwise disposed of shall be offered
to my sons/ Robert B. Jacoby, and William K. Jacoby. I direct my
sons to distribute to themselves such of my personal items as
they may wish to keep. 1 direct that such distribution be made
upon their mutual agreement without requiring strict equality of
distribution betweon them.
FIFTH
I direct that the entire rest/ residue and remainder of my
estate/ whether real, personal or otherwise, be distributed as
follows I
FORTYFIVE PERCENT (45 %) to my son ROBERT B. JACOBY, if
living. If my son/ ROBERT, doea not survive me by ninety (90)
days, then his share ahall be paid to his wife, MARY LOU JACOBY.
FORTYFIV~ PERCENT (45 %) to my son WILLIAM K. JACOBY, if
living. If my son/ WILLIAM, doea not survive me by ninety (90)
days, then his share shall be paid to his wife, JEAN ANNE JACOBY.
TEN PERCENT (10 %) to JANICE K. JACOBY, the wife of my
deceased son DONOVAN C. JACOBY. If there are no durvivors, then
JANICE K. JACOBY's share shall be paid to her children.
SIXTH
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son/ WILLIAM K.
JACOBY, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve

without bond or security of any type for any purpose whatsoever,
and I hereby authorize, empower and direct him to sell and
convey/ by good and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate, any
and all of my real estate, at public or private sale, for such
price or prices, upon such terms and conditions, as in his
judqrnent is best for my estate/ and to that end to sign, seal,
execute/ acknowledge and deliver all deeds or other instruments
necessary therefor, as effectively as I could do if I were
personally present.
If for any reason my son/ WILLIAM K. JACOBY, is unable or
unwilling to serve as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, then I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
ROBERT B. JACOBY/ and my daughter in law, JEAN ANN JACOBY/ Co-
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament/ to serve without
bond or security of any type for any purpose whataoever, and I
hereby authorize, empower and direct them to sell and convey, by
Hood and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate/ any and all of my
real estate, at public or private sale, for such price or prioes/
upon such terms and conditions, as in their judgment is best for
my estate/ and to that end to sign, seal, execute/ acknowledga
and deliver all deeds or other instruments neceasary therefor, as
effectively as I could do if I were personally present.
