I, HANNA LAUKEMANN, a/k/a JULIA JOHANNA L^UKEM~~N, of R. D. #4, Dillsburg,
Franklin Township, York County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and under-
standing, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments and
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor pay all my just debts, my
funeral expenses, and tile expenses of the administration of my estate. With this
direction, I authorize and empower my Executor to expend for my funeral expenses and
interment such amounts as it may consider necessary and proper. without regard to
any limit that may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: All estate taxes imposed on my estate should be paid out of the
residue of my estate, except such estate taxes as may be imposed due to any power of
appointment that I may have. All property transferred by me during my lifetime and
all jointly owned property passing to my surviving spouse and all proceeds of
insurance on my life payable to beneficiaries other than my estate shall not be
diminished by any such taxes. Any property passing under this Will concerning any
power of appointment I may have shall bear its proportionate share of estate taxes.

ITEM 3:
I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of my estate to my grand-
children living at the time of my death, in equal shares.
ITEM 4: Should my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, be living at the time of my death,
I devise and bequeath the property used by me at the time of my death as my principal
residence, together with all household goods and furnishings therein, and all policies
of insurance on said real and personal property, to my Trustee hereinafter named, IN
TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, for the following uses and purposes:
A. My sister, HILDA L. HAHN, shall be permitted to use all of
said property, real and personal, for and during the term of her
natural life, so long as she uses such premises as her principal
residence; provided, however, that she shall bear full responsi-
bility for the cost of maintenance of the premises, cost of
insurance, taxes, and other governmental and municipal assessments
levied thereon.
B. Upon the death of my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, or at such prior
as she no longer uses said premises as her principal residence, I
direct my Trustee hereinafter named to dispose of said real and
personal property as hereinafter directed.
ITEM 5: I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall offer for sale, at
either purlic or private sale, the real estate of which ownership is vested in my name
at the time of my death, upon such terms and conditions as the Executor in its sole
discretion shall consider advisable.

the event of any of their deaths, their shares to their children. I specifically
direct that no public auction of the personal property be held. The residue of said
personalty, not wanted by my children or grandchildren, shall be given, in kind, to
the MESSENGERS OF MERCY MISSION, Post Office Box 66, Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 6: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor distribute the proceeds
generated by the conversion of my real estate, and all the residue of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, In the following manner:
A. I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of the residue of
my estate to my grandchildren living at the time of my death, in
equal shares.
B. I direct that Twelve and One-Half Per Cent (12 1/2%) of the
residue of my estate be divided and distributed in the following
manner:
1. Forty Per Cent (40%) thereof to the HARMONY
BETHEL CHURCH OF GOD, R. O. #1, 0111 sburg, or any
successor thereto.
2. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to the "LUTHERAN
HOUR BROADCAST OF ST. LOUIS. MISSOURI".
3. Twenty Per Cent (20%) tl1ereof to the AMERICAN
BIBLE SOCIETY.
4. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to THE BILLY
GRAHAM EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION, Box 779, Minneapolis,
Minnesota.

Per Cent (67 1/2%) of the residue of my estate unto my children,
MARGARET LOUISE BAUER PENNEWELL, HILDA HUGHES, THEODORE EARNEST
LAUKEMANN, and GEORGE HENRY LAUKEMANN, in equal shares, per stirpes.
ITEM 7: I give and bequeath unto my son, GEORGE HENRY LAUKEMANN, the Prudential
Insurance policy which I have maintained on his life.
ITEM B: I nominate, constitute and appoint ccNB BANK, N.A. as Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament. Said Executor named shall "coosult with" my daughter and
her husband. HILDA HUGHES and CHARLES HUGHES, of Middletown, Pennsylvania. if they be
available.
ITEM g: I appoint ccNB BANK, N.A. as Guardian of any property which passes
either under this Will or otherwise to a minor and with respect to which I am author-
ized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its
discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to anot~er for the
minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income, from time to time for the minor's support and education (including college
education, both graduate and undergraduate), without regard to his or her guardian's
ability to provide for such support and education. or to make payment for these
purposes, without further responsibility to the minor's guardian or to any person
taking care of the minor.
ITEM 10: It is my express desire and request that my Executor, whenever it may
need legal advice and assistance in the settlement of my estate, or in carrying out
any of the trusts and purposes of my Will, shall consult and employ WM. D. SCHRACK,

I, HANNA LAUKEMANN, a/k/a JULIA JOHANNA LAUKEMANN, of R. D. #4, Dillsburg,
Franklin Township, York County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and under-
standing, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments and
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor pay all my just debts, my
funeral expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate. With this
direction, I authorize and empower my Executor to expend for my funeral expenses and
interment such amounts as it may consider necessary and proper, without regard to
any limit that may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: All estate taxes imposed on my estate should be paid out 01 the
residue of my estate, except such estate taxes as may be imposed due to any power of
appointment that I may have; All property transferred by me during my lifetime and
all jointly owned property passing to my surviving spouse and all proceeds of
insurance on my life payable to beneficiaries other than my estate shall not be
diminished by any such taxes. Any property passing under this Will concerning any
power of appointment I may have shall bear its proportionate share of estate taxes.

ITEM 3: I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of my estate to my grand-
chlldren living at the time of my death, In equal shares.
ITEM 4: Should my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, be living at the time of my death,
I devise and bequeath the property used by me at the time of my death as my principal
residence, together with all household goods and furnishings therein, and all policies
of insurance on said real and personal property, to my Trustee hereinafter named, IN
TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, for the following uses and purposes:
A. My sister. HILDA L. HAHN, shall be permitted to use all of
said property, real and personal, for and during the term of her
natural life, so long as she uses such premises as her principal
residence; provided, however, that she shall bear full responsi-
bility for the cost of maintenance of the premises, cost of
insurance, taxes, and other governmental and municipal assessments
levied thereon.
B. Upon the death of my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, or at such prior
as she no longer uses said premises as her principal residence, I
direct my Trustee hereinafter named to dispose of said real and
personal property as hereinafter directed.
ITEM 5: I direct that ~y Executor hereinafter named shall offer for sale, at

the event of any of their deaths, their shares to their children. I specifically
direct that no public auction of the personal property be held. The residue of said
personalty, not wanted by my children or grandchildren, shall be given, in kind, to
the MESSENGERS OF MERCY MISSION, Post Office Box 66, Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 6: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor distribute the proceeds
generated by the conversion of my real estate, and all the residue of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, in the following manner:
A. I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of the residue of
my estate to my grandchildren living at the time of my death, in
equal shares.
B. I direct that Twelve and One-Half Per Cent (12 1/2%) of the
residue of my estate be divided and distributed in the following
manner:
1. Forty Per Cent (40%) thereof to the HARMONY
BETHEL CHURCH OF GOO, R. D. 61, Oillsburg, or any
successor thereto.
2. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to the "LUTHERAN
HOUR BROADCAST OF ST. LOUIS. MISSOURI".
3. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to the AMERICAN
BIBLE SOCIETY.
4. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to THE BILLY
GRAHAM EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION, Box 779, Minneapolis,

C. I give and bequeath the remaining Sixty-Seven and One-Half
Per Cent (67,1/2%) of the residue of my estate unto my children,
MARGARET LOUISE BAUER PENNEWELL, HILDA HUGHES, THEODORE EARNEST
LAUKEMANN, and GEORGE HENRY LAUKEMANN, in equal shares, per stirpes.
ITEM 7: I give and bequeath unto my son,GEORGE HENRY LAUKEMANN, the Prudential
Insurance policy which I have maintained on his life.
ITEM B: I nominate, constitute and appoint ccNB BANK, N.A. as Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament. Said Executor named shall "consult with" my daughter and
her husband, HILDA HUGHES and CHARLES HUGHES, of Middletown, Pennsylvania, if they be
available.
ITEM g: I appoint ccNB BANK, N.A. as Guardian of any property which passes
either under this Will or otherwise to a minor and with respect to which I am author-
ized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its
discretion to distribute a ~hare where possible to the minor or to another for the
mloor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income, from time to time for the minor's support and education (Including college
education, both graduate and undergraduate), without regard to his or her guardian's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment for these
purposes, without further responsibility to the minor's guardian or to any person
taking care of the minor.
ITEM 10: It is my express desire and request that my Executor, whenever it may
need legal advice and assistance in the settlement of my estate, or in carrying out
any of the trusts and purposes of my Will, shall consult and employ WM. D. SCHRACK,

I, HANNA LAUKEMANN, a/k/a JULIA JOHANNA LAUKEMANN, of R. D. #4, Dillsburg,
Franklin Township, York County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and under-
standing, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments ijnd
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretoforp made.
ITEM I: I direct that my hereinafter named Execlltor pay all my just debts. my
funeral expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate. With this
direLti~n, I authorize and empower my Executor to e~pend for my funeral expenses and
interment such amounts as it may consider necessary and proper, without regard to
any limit that may be prescribed by a court of law.
ITEM 2: All estate taxes imposed on my estate should be paid out of the
residue of my estate, except such estate taxes as may be imposed due to any power of
appointment that I may l1ave: All property transferred by me during my lifetime and
all jointly owned property passing to my surviving spouse and all proceeds of
insurance on my life payable to beneficiaries other than my estate shall not be
diminished by any such taxes. Any property passing under this Will concerning any
power of appointment I may have shall bear its proportionate share of estate taxes.

I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of my estate to my grand-
children living at the time of my death, in equal shares.
ITEM 4: Should my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, be living at the time of my death,
I devise and bequeath the property used by me at the time of my death as my principal
residence, together with all household goods and furnishings therein, and all policies
of insur~~~p. ~n said real and personal property, to my Trustee hereinafter named, IN
TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, for the following uses and purposes:
A. My sister, HILDA L. HAHN, shall be permitted to use all of
said property, real and personal, for and during the term of her
natural life, so long as she uses such premises as her principal
residence; provided, however, that she shall bear full responsi-
bility for the cost of maintenance of the premises, cost of
insurance, taxes, and other governmental and municipal assessments
levied thereon.
B. Upon the death of my sister, HILDA L. HAHN, or at such prior
as she no longer uses said premises as her principal residence, I
direct my Trustee hereinafter named to dispose of said real and
personal property as hereinafter directed.
ITEM 5: I direct that I11Y Executor hel"einafter named shall offer for sale, at
either purlic or private sale, the real estate of which ownership is vested in my name
at the time of my death, upon such terms and conditions as the Executor in its sole
discretion shall consider advisable.

ITEM 6: I direct that my hereinafter named Executor distribute the proceeds
generated by the conversion of my real estate, and all the residue of my estate, of
whatsoever nature,and wheresoever situate, in the following manner:
A. I give and bequeath Twenty Per Cent (20%) of the residue of
my estate to my grandchildren living at the time of my death, in
equal shares.
B. I direct that Twelve and One-Half Per Cent (12 1/2%) of the
residue of my estate be divided and distributed In the following
manner:
1. Forty Per Cent (40%) thereof to the HARMONY
BETHEL CHURCH OF GOO, R. D. '1, Oi11sburg, or any
successor thereto.
2. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to the "LUTHERAN
HOUR BROADCAST OF ST. LOUIS. MISSOURI".
3. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to the AMERICAN
BIBLE SOCIETY.
4. Twenty Per Cent (20%) thereof to THE BILLY
GRAHAM EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION. Box 779, Minneapolis,

ITEM g: I appoint ccNB BANK, N.A. as Guardian of any property which passes
either under this Will or otherwise to a mInor and with respect to which I am author-
Ized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appoIntment of a guardIan shall not supersede the rIght of any fidllclary In Its
discretIon to dIstribute a share where possIble to the mInor or to another for the
mInor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use prIncIpal as well as
income, from time to time for the minor's support and education (IncludIng college
education, both graduate and undergraduate), without regard to his or her guardian's
abilIty to provIde for such support and educatIon, or to make payment for these
purposes, wIthout further responsibIlIty to the minor's guardIan or to any person
taking care of the mInor.
