I, CHESTER F. WINGERT, currently of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.
I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my demise.
II. I direct that all estate and inheritance taxes that may be
assessed In consequence of my death, shall be paid out of the principal
of my general estate to the same effect as If said taxes were expenses
of administration and all property Includable In my taxable estate
whether or not passing under this Wi II shall be free and clear thereof.
II I. I bequeath unto my wife, Ruth E. Wingert, all tangible
personal property which I own at my death.
IV. All the rest of my property, of whatever nature and wherever
situate, Including property oyer which I hold a power of appointment, I
deylse and bequeath unto my wife, Ruth E. WIngert.
V. In the ~vent that my wife, Ruth E. Wingert, predeceases me, my
entire estate that would have otherwise passed under Paragraphs II I and
IV above shall be divided Into four (4) equal shares. I then devise and
bequeath one (1) share unto each of my chi Idren, Lowell Eugene Wingert,
Lois E. Elnolf, Donald L. Wingert. The fourth share I then bequeath as
follows:
A. Fifty (50%) percent unto the 8rethren In Christ
Missions, Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, to be used as It sees best;
8. Twenty-five (25%) percent unto the Mennonite
Centra I Committee, Akron, pennsyl vanl a, to be used as It
sees best;
C. Twenty-five (25%) percent unto Brethren in Christ
Cooperative Ministries, to be used as it sees best.
VI. I appoint my wife, Ruth E. Wingert, Executrix of this my Will.
In the event that she fai Is to qualIfy or ceases to act as Executrix, I
appoint my son, Lowell Eugene Wingert'Execut~r of this my bl.

I, CHESTER F. WINGERT, currently of Cumberland County,
PennsylvanIa, declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby
reyoklng any and all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.
I. I dIrect that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my demIse.
II. I dl rect that all estate and I nherl tance taxes that may be
assessed In consequence of my death, shall be paid out of the principal
of my general estate to the same effect as If said taxes were expenses
of administration and all property Includable In my taxable estate
whether or not passIng under this Will shall be free and clear thereof.
III. I bequeath unto my wife, Ruth E. Wingert, all tangIble
personal property which I own at my death.
IV. All the rest of my property, of whatever nature and whereyer
situate, Including property over whIch I hold a power of appointment, I
devise and bequeath unto my wife, Ruth E. Wingert.
V. In the event that my wife, Ruth E. Wingert, predeceases me, my
entire estate that would have otherwise passed under Paragraphs III and
IV above shall be"dlYlded Into four (4) equal shares. I then deylse and
bequeath one (1) share unto each of my children, Lowell Eugene WIngert,
Lois E. Elnolf, Donald L. Wingert. The fourth share I then bequeath as
follows:
A. FI fty (50:1:) percent unto the Brethren In Chrl st
Missions, Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, to be used as It sees best;
B. Twenty-five (25:1:) percent unto the Mennonite
Central CommIttee, Akron, PennsylvanIa, to be used as It
