LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ANNE S. BRINTON
I I ANNE S. BRINTON, of Hechanicsburg, Cumber 1 and County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do
hereby make this as and fOl' my Laot will and Teotament, hereby
revoking and decl aring void any and all Wi lis or other such
writings by me at any lime heretofore made.
1. I direct payment out of my Estate of the expenses of my
last illness and funeral, and further, I direct that all Estate,
Inheritance and succession taxes, interest, and penalties on
property passing under this my Last Will, or any Codicil thereto,
shall be paid out of the principal of my gross Estate to the same
effect as if such taxes were expenses of administration, and all
legacies, devises, and other gifts of principal and income made by
this my Last Will, or any Codicil thereto, shall be free and clear
thereof.
2. If my nephew Stephen Douglas Hoopes survives me,
(a) I make the following specific bequests in the
respective amounts if the net value of my Estate (assets minus
liabilities) is $50,000 or more; or, if the net value thereof is
less than $50,000, the respective specific bequests shall be
prorated (net worth divided by $50,000 shall be the multiplicand):
(1) $1,000 to ANN HALLMAN of Camp Hill, PAl
(2) $1,000 to ALBERT HAJJAR of Camp Hill, PAl
(3) $1,000 to MR. & MRS. STEVE ALEXANDER (5033
Irene Drive, Harrisburg, PA, 17i12); and
(4) $1,000 to my nephew GEORGE HOOPES, SR. (2200
Monroe Street, Unit 3, Hollywood, FL, 33030; and then
(b) All the reot, residue, and remainder of my Estate I
give, devise, and bequeath as follows:
(1) I understand that Carolyn, the wife of my
nephew Stephen Douglas Hoopes who is currently living in Houston,
Texas, is seeking a divorce from Stephen. If that divorce,
together with the attendant domestic relations issues, such as, but
not limited to, property settlement and alimony matters, are
finalized, settled, and resolved before my death, I then give,
devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my
Estate to my nephew STEPHEN DOUGLAS HOOPES outright, no part of
which shall benefit Carolyn directly or indirectly; my purpose, of
course, is to benefit my nephew Stephen who has boen like a son to
mo.
(2) If, on the other hand, I should die before that.
divorce, together with the attendant domestic relations issues,
such as, but not limited to, property set 11 ement and alimony
matters, are finalized, settled, and resolved, I then give, devise,
and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate to
ANN HALLMAN and ALBERT HAJJAR, both of Camp Hill, PA, or the
survivor of them, IN TRUST and as the Co-Trustees (or Trustee) of
a Trust for the benefit of my nephew Stephen provided for herein.
(3) The Trustee(s) ohall maintain the Trust estate
for the sole benefit of my nephew Stephen as my Trustee(o) may deem
fit and proper and at the sole discretion of my Trustee(s) without
bond or leave of Court to sell assets and without regard to the
limitation of legal investments.
(4) This testamentary trust shall terminate on the
death of Stephen, or the exhaustion of the assets and incomes in
the trust estate, or six months after the finality of the divorce
of Carolyn and Stephen (including, but not limited to, property
settlement and alimony), whichever event shall first occur.
(5) The Trustee(s) ohall, insofar as possible, hold
the trust assets the way they are at the time of my demise, without
any change. Distributions may be made at the sole discretion of
the Trustee(s) for the sole benefit of Stephen, no part of which
distributions shall inure to the benefit of Carolyn, directly or
indirectly.
3. If my nophew stephen shall die before the trust funds are
exhausted, or should he predecease me, I give, devioe, and bequeath
my Estate as follows:
(a) $1,000 to ANN HALLHAN;
(b) $1,000 to ALBERT HAJJAR;
(c) $1,000 to MR. & MRS. STEVE ALEXANDER; and then
(d) all the rest, residue, and remainder thereof to my
nephew GEORGE HOOPES, SR. per stirpes.
4. I nominate, conotitute, and appoint my nephew STEPHEN
DOUGLAS HOOPES as Executor of this Will, but should he predecease
me or is unwilling or unable so to serve, I then nominate,

constitute and appoint ALBERT J. HAJJAR as the alternate executor
under this Will. Such e~ecutor shall serve without bond and shall
have full power to liquidate any tangible property and invest such
proceeds therefrom and to make any re-investments as the executor
deems to be in the best interest of the estate.
