LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

I, JEANNE MARIE SALISBURY, widow, of 164 Eust Penn Street In the
Borough of Curlisle, Cumberlund COllnty, Pennsy1vunla, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby muke, publish and
declure this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void uny and all Wllls by me ut any time heretofore mude.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay ull of my just debts and
funerul expenses as soon after my death us may be found convenient to do so. I
direct that my funeral services be conducted by Ewing Brothers Funeral Home in
a manner substantially similar to the arrangements which I made for the funeral
services of my husband, Melvin G. Salisbury, and that my body be Interred beside
that of Melvin G. Salisbury on our burial lot located In Ashland Cemetery,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
2. All the rest, residue und remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, and wheresoever the sume may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath
to my husband's nephew, Alan L. Minnkh, of 11737 Washington Street, Apartment
No. 1611, Northglenn, Colorado 80233, provided he shall survive me by a period
of ninety (90) days, then to his ISlllle per stirpes, but If Ulere be no Issue, then the
same shall lupse and be paid to my sister, Doris Elaine Arnold, her heirs and
assigns, of 100 Norway Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provided she shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) duys, but should she fall to so survive me,
then to her Issue per stirpes.
3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, Doris Elaine
Arnold, as Executrix of Ulls my Last Will and Testament, but should she pre-decease
