BE IT REMEMBERED that I, EUGENE W. SAUSSER, of Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
intent, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and/or
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made:

FIRST: I direct that my Executor, hereinafter
named, pay all of my just debts, including expenses of my last
illness and funeral, as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: To my son GENE JOHN SAUSSER, presently of
Mount Pleasant, South Caroli~a, I give, devise and bequeath all
of my golfing equipment.

all assets held by us in joint names will be hers if she survives
me, and should be ample for her maintenance and comfort.

my estate, real, personal or. mixed, of \/hatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my children,

E. SAUSSER, in equal shares, per stirpes. Should any of my childr n
predecease me, I direct that the share of such deceaned child
be paid to his or her issue surviving at the time of my death,
in equal shareE!. Should such deceased child leave no issue then
surviving, I direct that the share of such deceased child revert
to my general estate for division in equal shares among my then-
surviving children, per stirpes.
EIGHTH. I direct that, out of the share due my Bon
DAVID, the sum of $20,000 be paid, for his benefit, to my Execu::or
Trustee, who shall have discretion to use the $20,000 to P/lY
any debts or obligations owed by David. Any part of the $20,000
remaining after payment of debts shall be given outright to my
son David. The balance of David I s bequest shall be placed by
my Executor-Trustee, hereinafter named, in trust for him in an
interest-bearing fund, such as Vanguard or similar tax-exempt
fund, the income therefrom to be paid directly to David each
month, for his own use and benefit abSOlutely. I empO\~er my
Executor-Trustee to invade principal, if additional funds are
required for David I s medical care or other essentials, in such
sums as he, in his discretion, deems necessary for David's health
and maintenance. Upon David's death, any principal and/or internD
remaining in the trust shall be divided among his children, in
~qual shares, per stirpes, aB Bet forth above, or, should he
die without issue, among my other children, in equal shares,
per stirpes, as set forth above.
NINTllI I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my son, THOMAS EARl. SAUSSER, aB my Executor-Trustee under this,
my Last Will and Testament, and direct that he serve without
bond in any jurisdiction where he may be called upon to act.

TENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute my friend and
Donald J. Farage, Esquire, of Philadelphia, PA, as
for my estate, or, if he is unable or unwilling so to
successor of his designation
ELEVEN'rH I Should any beneficiary hereunder be a
minor at the time of my death, I direct that the share of each
such minor be placed at interest, preferably in a tax-exempt fund
such as Vanguard, by my Executor, the interest to accrue until
such minor shall attain the age of twenty-five, at which time the
full amount of principal and accrued interest shall be paid to
the beneficiary. No trustee or guardian need be appointed for
any such minor. but my Executor is empowered to make appropriate
arrangements with such fund or financial institution as he may
select.
TWELFTH: In addition to the powers provided by
law, my Executor-Trustee shall have, during the pendency of his
duties in either capacity, the power, in his sole and absolute
discretion, to purchase or otherwise acquire, or to retain.

any and all stocks, bonds, notes or other securi ties, or any
variety of real or personal property, including stocks or
interests in investment trusts and common trust funds, as he may
deem advisable, whether or not such investments be "legal" or

fiduciaries; to sell at public or private sale, lease, pledge,
mortgage. transfer, exchange, convert or otherwise dispose of, or
grant options with respect to, any and all property at any time
forming a part of my estate, in such manner, a t such times, on
such terms, credits and conditions as he may deem advisable; to
borrow money for Rny purposes connected with the protection,
preservation or improvement of my estate, whenever in his
judgment advisable, and as security to mortgage or pledge any
real or personal propeprty forming a part of my estate upon such
terms and conditions as he may deem advisable; to compromise and
adjust any claims or demands of my estate against others or of

others against my estate, to make distribution in kind, and to
cause any share to be composed of cash, property, or undivided
fractional shares of property different in kind from any other
share, in his sole and absolute discretion, and to execute and

common disaster or the nearly simultaneous death of my wife and

Attachment to Schedule G
On March 10, 1959, decedent executed e Declaration of Truat stating
that he was purchasing 10 shares of Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. stock, to be held
by decedent (together with any additional shares acquirsd in the future), as
Trustee for the benafit of his aon, Thomas E. Sausser, during the minority of
said son. A copy of the Declaration of Trust is attached. Based upon share
certificates in decedent's possession at death, it is clear that he executed
identical instruments for each of his children, but the Executor has bsen unable
to obtain copies of agreements for tho benefit of Gene, Susan or David.
During his lifetime, decedant purchased the following described
shares of PPG common stock titled in his capacity as Trustee or Custodian under
the above.described Declarations of Trust. All decedent's children were over ths
ege of 21 years at Decedent's death. It is probable that decedent intended to
distribute each of these certificates to the respective child whose name appeared
on ths certificate and for whom he was acting as Trustee or Custodian, but
neglected to do so during his lifetime. It should be notsd that these shares
carry the TIN of decedent that the income on these shares has, until the present
time, been reported on decedsnt's incorns tax returns.
It is, thsrefore, the position of the Executor that these securities
are ths property of the persons for whom the decedsnt was acting as Trustee or
Custodian and it is the Exscutor's intention to transfer the shares to such
persons. These securitiss are not being reported as taxable assets of the
Estate.
