I, MARY C. RYNARD, of the Borough of Carlisle.
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will,
hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils.
DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
I. I give to my sister, HELEN BRENNEMAN, if living,
the sum of Eight Hundred and NO/lOO ($800.00) Dollars; and my
pansy picture which she painted, my clock, and the contents, as
she may select for herself, of my china closet, all presently in
the dining room. Should my sister, Helen Brenneman, predecease
me, I direct that the gifts herein given to her shall lapse and
be distributed as a part of my residuary estate.
II. I give to my friend, VIRGINIA WRIGHT, if living, my
dining room table and dining room mirror; all of my Hummel
figurines and my Madonna figurines on the mantel, the two old
picture frames, my glass dishes in the chest, and my marble-top
stand, all pres~ntly in the living room; all of my wall pictures
not otherwise bequeathed, as she may select; and my four-poster
bed. Should my friend, Virginia Wright, predecease me, I direct
that the gifts herein given to her shall go to her surviving
children as they may amicably agree among themselves.
III. I give to my friends, LISA BETTS. KAREN GUSS, and
DANA STANLEY, if living, one each of my three painted lute-back

seated chair which are kept in the living room, and the arrow.

herein given shall go to her or their surviving issue per
stirpes, and if there are no surviving issue then to the
survivors or survivor of the three named beneficiaries.
IV. I give to my friends, PAUL LEAPHART and BETTY
LEAPHART, or to the survivor of the two of them, my two stone
jugs presently beside the fireplace. Should both of them
predecease me, I direct that the gifts herein given to them shall
go to their issue per stirpes.
V. I give specific items of tangible personal property
located in my home at the time of my death to my friends, as
follows:
a. To MARGE PAGEN and SAM PAGEN, or the survivor
of the two of them, one brass kettle;
b. To LINDA FARNER, by "Spanish Boy" framed
picture presently hanging above the television set in the living
room:
c. To FRANK HUTCHINSON and LOIS HUTCHINSON. or to
the survivor of the two of them. my dough tray presently in the
liv1ng room: and
d. To SHIRLEY KINGSBOROUGH, my wooden writing
desk presently in the liVing ~oom.
Should any of the foregoing named beneficiaries and

designated survivors thereof predecease me, I direct that the
respective gift(s) herein given to them individually shall lapse
and be distributed as a part of my residuary estate.
VI. I SU9gest but do not require that my executors
distribute certain other items of my tangible personal property
located in my home at the time of my death to the persons
designated. in accordance with special instructions contained in
a letter which may be found with my important papers.
VII. I bequeath to my friend, ANNA FOGELSONG, the sum of
Three Hundred ($300) Dollars.
PAYMENT OF TAKES
VIII. All estate, inheritance and other taxes in
consequence of my death, together with interest and penalties
payable with respect to property or interests subject to taxation
by reason of my death, and whether passing under my will or any
codicil. or otherwise, including jointly held and other non-
testamentary property, shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate without apportionment as part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
DISTRIBUTION OF RESIDUE
IX. I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to my friend,
VIRGINIA WRIGHT, providing she shall survive me. Should my
friend, VIRGINIA WRIGHT, predecease me, I direct that my
residuary estate shall go to her surviving issue per stirpes.

POWERS OF EXECUTOK
X. I confer upon my executor the right to sell or
otherwise convert any real or personal propoerty at public or
private sale. at such time or times, in such manner, and for such
price or prices. and upon such terms and conditions as my
executor shall determine, and to execute and deliver good and
sufficient conveyances, assignments and transfers thereof,
without liabililty of any purchaser for the application of any
consideration; to retain any investments at discretion; to invast
and reinvest at discretion. without restriction to so-called
"legal investments;" to make distribution in cash or in kind; and
to do all other acts and things necessary or appropriate in the
management, administration and distribution of my estate.
APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR
Xl. I appoint my friend, VIRGINIA WRIGHT, executrix of
this my last will. should Virginia Wright fail to qualify or
cease to act as executrix, I appoint her daughters, LISA BETTS,
KAREN GUSS and DANA STANLEY, co-executrixes, or the survivor(s)
of them, executrixes of this my last will. I direct that my
executrix Or her successors shall not be required to post bond or
enter other security for the faithful performance of their duties
in any jurisdiction. It is my wish that my sister, Helen
Brenneman, will understand that she was carefully considered but
was deliberately not appointed an executrix in order to spare her
the burden of the duties involved.

DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
I. I give to my sister, BELEN BRENNEMAN, if liVing,
the sum of Eight Hundred and No/IOO ($800.00) Dollars; and my
pansy picture which she painted, my clock, and the contents, as
she may select for herself, of my china closet, all presently in
the dining room. Should my sister, Helen Brenneman, predecease
me, I direct that the gifts herein given to her shall lapse and
be distributed. as a part of my residuary estate.
.11. I g~ve to my friend, VIRGINIA WRIGHT, if living, my
dining room table and dining room mirror; all of my Hummel
figurines and my Madonna figurines on the mantel, the two old
picture frames, my glass dishes in the chest, and my marble-top
stand, all presently 1n the living room; all of my wall pictures
not otherwise bequeathed, as she may select; and my four-poster
bed. Should my friend, Virginia Wright, predecease me, I direct
that the gifts herein given to her shall go to her surviving
children as they may amicably agree among themselves.
III. I give to my friends, LISA BETTS, KAREN GOSS, and
DANA STANLEY, if living, one each of my three painted lute-back

desk presently in the living room.

VII. I bequeath to my friend, ANNA POGELSOftG, the sum of
Three Hundred ($300) Dollars.
PAYMENT OF TAXES
VIII. All estate, inheritanoe and other taxes in
consequenoe of my death, together with interest and penalties
payable with respect to property or interests subject to taxation
by reason. of my death, and whether passing under my will or any
oodicil, or otherwise, including jointly held and other non-
testamentary property, shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate without apportionment as part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.

IX. I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate to my friend,
VIRGINIA WRIGHT, providing she shall survive me. Should my

POWERS OF EXECUTOR
X. I confer upon my executor the right to sell or
otherwise convert any real or personal'propoerty at public or
private sale, at such time or times, in such manner, and for such
price or prices, and upon such terms and conditions as my
executor shall determine, and to execute and deliver good and
sufficient conveyances, assignments and transfers thereof,
without liabililty of any purchaser for the application of any
consideration; to retain any investments at discretion: to invest
and reinvest at discretion, without restriction to so-called
"legal investments;" to make distribution in cash or in kind; and
to do all other acts and things necessary or appropriate in the
management, administration and distribution of my estate.
APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR
XI. I appoint my friend, VIRGINIA WRIGHT, executrix of
this my last will. Should Virginia Wright fail to qualify or
cease to act as executrix, I appoint her daughters, LISA BETTS,
KAREN GUSS and DANA STANLEY, co-executrixes, or the survivor(s)
of them, executrixes of this my last will, I direct that my
executrix or her successors shall not be required to post bond or
enter other security for the faithful performance of their duties
in any jurisdiction. It is my wish that my sister, Helen
Brenneman, will understand that she was carefully considered but
was deliberately not appointed an executrix in order to spare her
the burden of the duties involved.
