Executors
seotion 1. Exeoutors of Mv Will. I appoint WILLIAM J.
SAVORY as Executor of this Will. If WILLIAM J. SAVORY is unable
or unwi11inq to aot or to continue to act as Executor of this
will, I appoint DONALD W. SAVORY as Executor. In addition to the
powers conferred by law, my Executor shall have the fo1lowinq
discretionary powers:

(d) In conneotion with the making and filing of all income
tax, estate, inhe~itanoe and other death tax, qift tax and other
tax returns and the paying of such taxes, whether or not the
liability for such taxes arises before, at or after my deat" and
in oonneotion with the adjudication or settlement of liabi:ity
for any suoh taxes to make suoh elections, deoisions, ooncessions
and settlements, includinq extensions of time for the paY1'..ent of
any Federal estate taxes or other taxes due, as may be deemed
proper, without liability to any pereon thereby affected, and
without the necessity of making compensating adjustments.

liability for such taxes arises before, at or after my death, and
in connection with the adjudication or settlement of liability
for any such taxes to make such elections, deoisions, concessions
and settlements, including extensions of time for the payment of
any Federal estate taxes or other taxes due, as may be deemed
proper, without liability to any person thereby affected, and
without the necessity of making compensating adjustments.
