FAMILY SETTLEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE

EST ATE OF LINDA K. YOUNG, DECEASED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS, Linda K. Young,late 01'295 Farm
Roact, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on November 26, 1994, having made
her last will and testament, which was duly executed on March 17, 1994, and is duly recorded in
Cumberland County Pennsylvania at Estute No. 21 - 94 - 1050.
WHEREAS, thc said Linda K. Young, by the aforesaid la:;t will and testament, named Christine
1.. Young as Executrix of said last will and tcstament;
WHEREAS, lettcrs testamentary on the estate of the said decedent were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pellnsylvania, to the said Executrix, Christine L. Young,
hereinatler called personal representative;
WHEREAS, the said personal representative has gathered the assets of the estate of the said
decedent and the IIssets consist of both real property and personul property, combining to II total
value 01'$255,741.23, as set fOl1h in Exhibit A, which is a statement of account of the said personal
representative, and which is attached hcreto and made a pal1 hereot: and marked Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including thc payment of inheritance tax in the said estate,
amount to $36,661.47. The amollnt of $7,541.00 will bc held in escrow for purposes of paying
income tax/capital gain tax in 19911, lor tax year 1997. This leaves a balance for distribution in the
amount 01'$219,079.76 as set forth in the statemcnt of the said personal representative, as attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "A". Thus, the respcctive equal shares of Christine L. Young and James
Clayton Youn!! of the net valuc of the estate available for distribution is $109,539.88. Christine L.
Young's share of said net estate will be reduced by partial disbursements she has already taken in the
total amount 01'$69,441.00. James Clayton Young's share of the net estate available for distribution
shall be deducted by an earlier disbursement in the umount of $5,000.00 Thus, the respective shares
of Christine L. Young and James Clayton Young of the net estate after previous diwibutions equals:
Christine L. Young $40,098.88 and Jumes Clayton Young $104,53988.
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the said statement marked Exhibit A has been
reduced to cash and has been distributed as herein indicated in accordance with the terms of the last
will and testament of the said decedent;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Christine L. Young, and James Clayton Young, being
all of the ehildfen of the said decedent and heirs under the last will and testament of the said decedent,
and being those persons entitled to inherit under said last will and testament, do hereby, each of us,
acknowledge that we have this day had and received from the aforesaid personal representative, in
full satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as are
given, devised and bequeathed to each of us respectively by the said last will and testament, the
amounts due us under said last will and testament, which amounts we have received this day, and
which amounts are in the amount set below our respective names in the table and schedule of
distribution in said statement attached hereto and murked Exhibit A;
AND, each of us does hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the
filing of a fonnal account and schedule of distribution, we each agree that no account is necessary and
we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account
and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been flied
and conflnned by the Orphans Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland
