I give nnd bequenth one (1) item of my household furnishings
to each of my grnndchildren and great-grnndchildren who are living at
the time of my decease, nnd direct thnt the Inheritance Tnx on these be-
quests be pnid out of my residuary estate. In the event thnt the same
item is desired by more than one person, I direct thllt the same be de-
cided in n reasonnble manner, nnd if the parties involved cnnnot agree.
