the Inheritance Tax Return for the above-referenced eetate.
In eccordance with Section 2136(d) of the Inheritence and
Estate Tax Act 255 of 1982, the time for filing the return is extended
for on additionel psriod of six (6) months. This extension will avoid
tho imposition of a penalty for failure to make a timely rsturn.
Howevsr, it doas not prsvent intereot from eccruing on ony tax
rsmaining unpaid after the delinquent date.
The return must be filed with the Regieter of Wills on or
before January 8, 1996. Because Section 2136(d) of the 1982 Act
allows for only one extra period of six (6) months, no additional
extension(s) will be granted thet would exceed the maximum time
permitted.
