LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
MARY C. WEBB
I, Mary C. Webb, of the City of Harrisburg, County of Dauphin
and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executor as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, and wherever the same shall be situate, I
give, devise and bequeath to my husband, William A. Webb, Jr.
THIRD: In the event that my husband, William A. Webb, Jr. should
predecease me, I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate to my daughter, Mildred Webb, my son, William
A. Webb, and my daughter, Mary H. Vennema, share and share alike.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint the Citizens
Trust Company of Harrisburg, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this

I, MARY C. WEBB, of the City of Harrisburg, County of Dauphin
and State of Pennsylvania, having made my Laat Will and Testament dated
June I, 1962, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil to my
said Last Will and Testament.
FIRST: Whereas in Paragraph Fourth of my Last Will and Testa-
ment I appointed the Citizens Trust Company of Harrisburg to be Executor
of my Last Will and Testament, I hereby revoke said appointment, and in its
place nominate, constitute and appoint my son-in-law, Carey Vennema to be
the Executor of my Last Will and Testament, and direct that he serve without
any fiduciary bond of any kind or nature.
SECOND: I hereby ratiiy and confirm my said Last Will and Testa-
ment except in so far as any part thereof is revoked, amended or modiiied by
this Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Mary C. Webb, have to this a Codicil
to my Last Will and Testament, dated June 1, 1962, subscribed my name

PAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this q~~\ day of December, 1996, by
and between WILLIAM A. WEBB and MARY HOLLY VENNEMA, the residuary
beneficiaries under the last will and codicil of Mary C. Webb,
deceased, late of the Township of West Pennaboro, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and CAREY VENNEMA, the
Executor named in the codicil to the will of said Mary C. Webb,
deceased.
WHEREAS, Mary C. Webb died testate on December 17,
1994, and under her will and codicil she left her residuary
estate to her surviving children, William A. Webb and Mary Holly
Vennema; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted to Carey
Vennema on December 28, 1994, by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, all of the assets of the late Mary C. Webb
have been liquidated and all of her debts paid in full, and the
period of four months having terminated since the first
advertisement of the issuance of Letters to said Executor, the
said parties hereto wish to waive the duty of the Executor to
file a First and Final Account with Proposed Schedule of

Distribution for purposes of confirmation by The Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphans' Court Division, and further
they desire that a Family settlement Agreement be executed and
filed among the records in and for Cumberland County.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the
parties hereto, in consideration of the premises above stated,
and of the Accounting and Proposed Schedule of Distribution
attached hereto and made a part hereof, and of the receipt of
their distributive shares as shown therein, do mutually bind
themselves to said Distribution and Accounting as set forth, and
further do mutually release each other and in particular Carey
Vennema as Executor from all claims and demands whatsoever
arising out of the administration and settlement of the Estate of
Mary C. Webb.

set their hands and seals as of the day and year first above
